    Predatory Lending Practices Beware!I took out a loan with Blue Mountain Loans in September 2024, with a staggering ******* interest rate. While I understood the repayment terms, the real issue began when I deferred one payment. After that, my balance stopped decreasing despite making regular payments. I reached out multiple times, only to be met with vague explanations and After months of frustration and emotional distress, I had to push for answers, and only then did they offer an adjustment to my balance. At one point, they even suggested closing my account but still reporting the remaining balance to my credit, which is unacceptable. Their practices feel misleading and exploitative, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company. If youre considering a loan, please do thorough research and explore safer lending options.

    This isnt a good lending company-it is predatory. Exorbitant payments & if you end up falling behind on payments, the minimum hundreds of dollars to settle. A fraudulent company, and one that will hound you txt and email.

    They are a predatory loan company. Took a loan out for $500 not realizing that their interest rate is an illegal percentage in my state. They are now harassing me to get their money. Yesterday they called me 9 times in a span of a minute. In the last month they have called me 30 times. That is HARASSMENT!!! Do not ever deal with this company

    When they asked me for my personal information login a password,l to my bank account. I just knew something wasnt right. So yeah no way an I giving that information out. If they ask you that kinda information something is ABSOLUTELY NOT RIGHT!!! NOPE NOT TODAY OR ANY OTHER DAY WILL I GET A LOAN FROM YOUR COMPANY!!!!!

    BLUE MOUNTAIN LOANS is a very high Predatory Lending source, do not use them for anything. It's going on 13 payments and the amount is still the loan amount, it has gone down after over 1K. Need to know how to go about a class action law suit, and have my account closed, they have been paid 4X the loan amount stay away from BLUE MOUNTAIN LOANS.

    Predatory lending. I was in an incredible situation. It was here or nowhere. I had 2 payments left and needed to defer a payment. They deferred several. I could not get a customer service agent via phone nor email. I now owe even more than the original 700 I borowwd, I have paid $3,180 and I owe more than what I borrowed. I am seriously so messed up with this. $265.00 per month.

    Horrible process.I have in writing I am APPROVED for a loan but they keep creating obstacles over a different loan that TWO REPS confirmed they have zero affiliation is.My approval was based on my income and credit now Im ten screen shots in of extra documents needed and still being given the run around. One rep told me I was approved and good to go and the money would be in my account by 7pm today only to be called by a different rep needing more documentson something not pertaining to them or this process. Its not worth it

    Missed a few days of work cause of some personal reasons did not have a babysitter this company lead me on even the representative led me order till the last minute talking about how they have a good BBB credit rating I looked and it was an F then I got denied for the loan and wasted 40 minutes of my life altogether this company needs to be shut down and shut down fast. I did not even get to the interest-rate to see what kind of interest-rate was on the loan, but Ive read some reviews and I am so glad I never took the loan
