On Nov 16, 2023 I bought a clothes washer and dryer from Asien's Appliances. I paid the full amount with a check. I was told that the machines were out of stock but they expected them in in a couple of weeks. Since the machines were coming from Europe, I was not surprised when I was informed about a delay in shipment. I called "*****" every week for progress reports. He kept telling me they were delayed in Europe. I continued to wait for the machines because they were the size I needed for a small space and he asserted that they would last twice as long as other machines. This business had a good reputation, so I waited. But now they have closed and I never got my machines. Please advise me how to get a full refund from the company. Thank you!Initial Complaint

We ordered a subzero refrigerator over a year ago. This last November of 2023 we were notified by ***************** of Asiens, that we needed to pay the remaining balance due because the refrigerator was going to be delivered in December 2023. We paid the balance and then were told there was a delay. We kept checking in with ***************** and were told they were working on finding out the cause of the delay. Purchesed a few appliances with this business and everything was a year back ordered. The main thing was our refrigerator which was supposed to be delivered middle of january. It then got pushed out to February. A few days ago my wife got a call from our sales rep at Asiens Appliances that they are no longer able to sell the fridge due to a fallout with the manufacturer they told us they would refund our $7000 and then told us our fridge would be shipped to Premier bath and kitchen so we need to go to them to make a new order since they will be the store selling it to them now. With this, we contacted the fridge distributor and were notified that Asiens Appliances was out of business but our fridge will be at Premier Bath and Kitchen. We still have not received our refund for this fridge from Asien Appliance but the premier bath and kitchen needs the money so we can get our fridge.Complaint taken in dictation by BBB rep **Initial Complaint

This business is being sold by the parent holding company. I had been in email communication with my sales representative ***************** as late as Friday, February 16, 2024, regarding delivery of my Sub Zero refrigerator the following week. On Monday, February 19, Asien's Appliance did not open for business and has not reopened since. Emails are not being returned, and the voice mailbox is full. The local newspaper reported the closure and pending sale on February 22.I have paid the entire balance on the refrigerator totaling $14,216.78 on August 10, 2023. Asien's had been holding the refrigerator at their warehouse pending my kitchen remodel completion. I just need them to deliver it to my address as promised.Initial Complaint

January 31 2024, I ordered a GE microwave/hood from Asiens Appliance. I was told it would take 4 weeks for delivery. I paid them a deposit of $253, which cleared my bank on February 1 2024. Last week I learned in the local news paper that Asiens Appliance has suddenly closed. Every attempt to contact them has proven fruitless. And I have no microwave. We ordered a dishwasher and we're told that it was fine to have it delivered some time later due to the kitchen not being ready. When it was delivered it was damaged and I contacted them immediately. They suddenly closed permanently and won't return our calls. The manufacturer will not honor their warranty because they weren't notified of the damage within 7 days. I bought a Beko range from Asien's in 2018. My problem with the range started in March 2023. I worked with **** and they approved free parts through 2023. Asien's ordered parts in March, came out April 5, August 14, October 25 and November. Problem is still not fixed. The oven does not go above 250 degrees after heating it for 2 hours. Continuous problem. **** is the repair person. Asian' was supposed to be out today to replace another part, but it seems like they have closed their doors and are trying to see the business. They were supposed to replace the ignitor today but no one has shown up and no one is answering the phone. I have paid them for their labor but nothing is fixed. I wrote Asien's a letter to the service manager, ******, in December about my dissatisfaction of their ability to trouble shoot and return phone calls. My oven is still not fixed.Initial Complaint
