    This started back in June 2023 when I contacted *************************** and ****************************************** regarding two memberships that I had. My mother passed away and I had been taking care of my mother for five years I had a 2 memberships with this company and I was paying them without taking advantage fully of the membership because of my mother and the scheduling the appointments was so hard to get in I paid thousands of dollars to the company without services. i contacted the company to come up with a resolution to this and they offered me the following OPTION 1 2 gift cards with paid value of 6 membership benefit charges ($570 each/$1140 total) for you and your husband to use on full priced menu services and retail boutique items. OPTION 2 You and your husband will each commit to utilizing 2 membership benefit services per month (4 services per month), for 10 months. This means planning ahead and following through on 2 massages (or 1 facial + 1 massage) each, every month from June 2024 - March 2025. I told them I would like to have option 2 on a gift card, I could not commit to going to the facility because I had surgery and it was impossible. I did not see the difference since they offered a gift card option. We then agreed to ******************************************************************************* They sent to me by mistake some really disturbing emails discussing me. I have been emailing them and they all have been ignoring my emails, when I told them about the emails they sent me by mistake talking about me and deciding if they should do it or not. My picture is attached to my email and I am a black woman and in the email they were saying things about my career I have emailed the director of operations and she is ignoring me as well. She was a part of the email conversations. I just want 10 months for me and my husband on a gift card each. This is what was proposed to me. They have been ignoring me since the emails they sent by mistake
