I don't even know where to start. When we signed our lease the first time ****** had let us know that the women at the complex needed to dress modestly and not to wear bikinis in the pool so maintenence wouldn't get any ideas. She spoke of her dislike for ESAs and Service Animals eventhough she legally had to allow them. She threatens evictions for anything. I struggle with MH issues and was hospitalized quite a lot last year and due to the threats of eviction and the way the complex is run its ruined my mental health. I couldn't continue services with different agencies because "it looked like too many people coming to our apartment". One agency let me know her threatening to evict is illegal for having services come. She claims that DV isn't on the complex (response below) but she only says that because if you call the cops too much you get evicted. That's what happened to our neighbor who was in a DV situation. One of the last "warnings" we got we were told we weren't allowed to shower at night anymore because the water was too loud and neighbors were complaining. ****** is egotistical and feels she untouchable. I hope more previous tenants come forward. Also there is a child predator still on the property so please watch your kids carefully. She'll evict people for seeking help but refuse to remove other tenants who have been reported to police. And ****** I don't care for a response. Just do better and be better.

Good afternoon, sorry to heard this about me, to be honest I don't recall a resident like you in my property, but is true that before any prospects signd the month to month rental agreement we have to read to them all the house rules and the addendums if prospects agreed to all of it they signed the lease or they can rejected. At La Roca Plaza Apartments we don't tell anybody how to dress only to follow the rules, at this property we have a diversity of residents and religious people and we have to have careful how we approach to them by this is how we spoke to them, also we do have single parents and we all deserve respect, also we are Crime & Drugs Free and we need to enforce the rules on this addendum, regarding any pets ******* Plaza is a not pet friendly but this don't mean we dot accept pets, we aloud Service Animas, Pet companion or Emotional Support pets with all the approval documents, also by Santee Shelter animal we have to have the appropriate space for this animals because they do need space and respect and we go by their rules regarding any pets.If you were one of our residents and the Sheriff was in your apartment more that 3 times in a week yes we have to see what is happening in this unit because if the reason is domestic violence you are breaking one of the addendum, we don't threatening no one by remainder the House Rules or Addendums we only suggest not to put their apartment in ******** by breaking the rules, regarding your medical issues sorry to heard this but we don't get involved on any of our residents help problems because we are not experts on medecine and we don't ask to anyone regarding their health issues at time to apply.
