      I have taken my auto to this business for oil changes. The last oil change I was informed that they would no longer do business with me because another person mentioned my name in a negative review of their business. I asked for proof of this because my name was being slandered and I was concerned about what appeared in public forums. They could not show me proof. I told the attendant who passed *** information that I would respectfully wait 72 hours and give Integrity Automotive an opportunity to respond.

      I then sent email, website portal contact request, and message in FB messenger asking for details of this accusation. I waited 76 hours but there was no response.

      I cannot recommend a service that will slander the name and reputation of another individual without proof. I fully understand that a business has the right to refuse service to anyone they wish and that is not the point of this report. The issue is unfounded accusations and slander made by a retailer or individuals and stakeholders at said retailer.
