Also had to give them 1 star as their is nothing LESS than 1.. Extremely disappointed. Read for yourself OPGI's response to my question of when will my parts be in as I ordered them 3/2024 and today is 2/2025... "Sorry for the bad news" ??I PAID them over $500 almost a year ago and this is their customer service response. Hello, Thank you for contacting OPGI with your inquiry. based on the information provided by our supplier, there is currently no firm date for them to fill our order to ship to our customer. this was not forseen, at the time the order was placed, generally we do not charge or collect a payment for an item which is not ready for immediate shipment, there are exceptions if the item is drop shipping to our customer from a particular vendor which is what we have going on for this order.Review fromPatricia C

Had to use one star as there was nothing less than one. I placed an order for a Christmas gift and shipping was delayed 3 times in 2 months! Had I checked BBB before placing the order, could have saved a lot of aggravation and stress. How does this company stay in business?Original Parts Group Inc

When reaching out this organization for a return, I encountered the most disrespectful, unprofessional, and discriminatory business practices. Not only was the unacceptable behavior displayed in my first interaction, but it was also echoed by the supervisor by the name of *****. I informed both parties that I have a hearing disability. However, this was meet with disrespect and discriminatory business practice. My end goal was to obtain the necessary information for a return and during that process I was told " I don't like how you sound", I was met with defensiveness and inability to express my concerns to the supervisor. This call was observed by others whom to found it to be extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and most of all discriminatory. As a veteran who has served this country and is now disabled, I should never experience such service is this for the disabilities gain from protecting you. UNREAL AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!!Original Parts Group Inc

If they have the part in stock and it fits, you are in luck. If they do not have the part in stock, you will likely wait months. I have personally cancelled multiple orders and bought the needed part from another company. If you have a problem and/or need assistance, good luck getting ahold of customer service. I am on hold now for a part that is broken. When I called, the system said my wait time was 1 minute, 38 seconds. I have been on hold for 1 hour and 42 minutes thus far. . .Original Parts Group Inc

This business will sell you parts that their vendor has to get from another vendor. You will be waiting months for parts and they wont tell you that when you order. Terrible overpriced middle man business.Original Parts Group Inc

Just wanted to warn others before ordering from OPGI. I made an order in April 2023 for an assembly manual.... a simple book!! It is now March 2024 and still no book. Their response is their vendor can't get it. I can find NUMEROUS copies of the SAME EXACT book on **** for LESS money!!! Their response to that was you can cancel your order and buy those. So finally... after 11 months, that's exactly what I did. Very poor customer service, extremely HIGH shipping costs only to have to wait for many, many months to get items (over 7 months for previous orders).Original Parts Group Inc

i order 1965-1966 cadillac fleetwwod courtesy lights covers they were dam near small as a quater so i sent them back i waited 2 weeks for a refund that s*** never happen so i call he said they issue store credit instead of putting it back on my card so here we go they sent to the credit department so i talk to him today oooo looks like they just recieve it as you no they never gets to the dam phone when you call so he picks up we go through the s*** again i spent 75 dollars but they wants to send me 30 dollars backOriginal Parts Group Inc

the customer placed the ********************** order on our website www.opgi.com. the application is correct for these lenses for the application listed, our web page has an accurate photo of the part which measures 2 inches in diameter. we refunded the customer for the cost of the **********************, less a 20% restock fee, and the customer used our return shipping label TrackingNumber: ************ for the return. his order total was $61.29 and his refund total was $34.55 . we do not feel any additional compensation is due in this case.Review fromRobert M

You really dont want to know what I think. I ordered a set of hood hinges yall drop shipped them from ***** motor sports. The gas struts failed. After about 4 attempts of being put off by your customer service and supervisors. I contacted ***** motor sports and had to buy them. I not buy anything else from you. we are looking into this, our latest information is that the vendor was going to replace the original struts , however , the customer wanted an upgraded version which we did not have available when the problem arose.
