My husband and I purchased a used ****** tacoma truck from Cardinale Nissan on (7/12/24). We added an extended warranty (wcvj505324) for $4,719.00. We also bought a Road hazard. Package for $1,295 (*********). I cancelled these 2 items on (8/1/24) and have all documentation proving I did so and was a told I'd receive a refund within 3 months. It's going on 5 months and still no refund. I've called ************************ also know as Protective and Cardinale Nissan multiple times and they keep postponing me, which is very frustrating. I want to pay off the truck but am waiting for Cardinale to send the refund to ***** Fargo (lien holder). I really need help with this as I fear my money will not be refunded. My contract indicates I'm within the window for a full refund.

We purchased a vehicle with cash in May 2022. Within 20 miles, the service engine light came on. After multiple calls and having them check the vehicle, nothing was done. They kept saying 'we will see what we can do'. Then after two months of this the vehicle kept stalling. Had it towed in and the Manager, *******, told us we should ahve purchased the waranty. After agreeing to fix the vehicle, after posting complaints on yelp, etc. we were threatened that the negative posts did not help matters. Then after two weeks of the run around, they said the vehicle was no repairable and we would receive a refund. It has been another two weeks and although they say they processed the refund to our original debit cards used for purchase on July 20th, all three are still pending. We are told we need to wait until after Aug 1 to see if the refund goes through. We have NO CAR, because it was traded in and they got rid of it, no new car, because they bought it back. No Money becuase they still have it and we are being held hostage with no recourse! WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!! NOW!!!!!!! $15,500.00 GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK. ****** the *** is worthless as is ******* the ** and ***** their Finance manager. WE NEED HELP.
