    Per their website, ************************************** Pharmacy "offers only those products that meet our rigorous standards of testing and clinical effectiveness. While all of our sources comply with *** cGMP standards, we encourage these vendors to also make their products with the highest traditions of Chinese Herbal Medicine. Our Custom Pharmacies compound herb prescriptions with KPC concentrated powders. KPC is an ISO **** company and is the only Chinese herb company to meet the rigorous standards of all industrialized nations. Ours are the only pharmacies that compound herb prescriptions which comply with the *** cGMP standards, *** Labeling Requirements, and HIPAA."My acupuncturist, *************************** of ******************** in ***************, **, prescribed a custom formula for me. We were guaranteed by ******************* that the product would be gluten-free, as I have a severe gluten intolerance. After receiving the product -- which was ordered 6/21/23, and received on 6/23/23 -- I had an immediate and debilitating gluten reaction. The product was clearly contaminated, despite their claims. Since then, the company has been stalling the resolution of this issue, which was for me to receive a full refund for the product and shipping costs. I have the remainder of the product -- several months worth -- and offered to return it to them with a pre-paid shipping label. The company has continued to delay and delay, setting up various hoops for my prescriber and I to jump through, such as the requirement that we complete a voluntary adverse incident report for the ***. Even after submitting the report it has now been nearly 2 months from them with no response, such that it seems clear they have no intention of standing by their product claims, and of reimbursing me for the contaminated product. It seems likely that all they were trying to do was drag out the timeframe, so that it is now past the point where I can file a credit card dispute, hence I am being ignored by them entirely.
