Purchased a vehicle in September 2024 a Honda Civic front bumper came damaged. They said they would fix it and give me a rental. I tried to schedule appointment now theyre saying they that they cant give me a rental that there was some kind of timeframe that I wasnt even aware ***** I believe hes the-manager. He just told me that I should thank my lucky stars that theyre still considering to fix it and theres no one else I can talk to about a rental. Also they had said they were gonna give me. some weather floor mats for the car also I did not receive those that they had promised. I do have that in writing.

I had an appointment on June 21 at 9:30 am to use a service offered coupon emailed to me by the selma Nissan service manager which was a complimentary alignment check, battery check, and multi alignment check all in one which included all three of those services. I also had warranty on my key and listed thaz it was malfunctioning and would like them to look at, fix, or replace my key to working order as i have a warranty on my key under the ******* miles. I set the online appointment which included why I was there informing them of the service offer given to me by the service manager as they email these to their customers. I get there and they print me out the ******* mile service I should do. I let two employees know at least 3 times why I was there saying I had a service offer coupon but they ignored what I said and said just tell us when you are ready to do the ******* mile service. I asked if there was anything else I had to do before I left and they reiterated just let us know when we can work on it. I checked thier service plan they gave me and it included the $150 dollar multi point inspection that I was trying to get for free. I felt disregarded and also like false advertisement has happened as I didn't get the service I planned for, I left as an unsatisfied customer, I wasted time and gas to drive, and they ignored the service coupon I had that they gave me. I emailed the service manager that day stating my disappointment and I could not get back to him that day. I was able to message back on June 27 stating I would appreciate a resolution for either the service or for me to trade in my car for another option but he nor the business has contacted me since. I feel not only disrespected but unsatisfied with being a customer at ******************** and wish I could return my car or get the resolution I am asking for. They let me down and did not honor their service agreement or their service offer coupons. They should not get the chance to do this to other customers.

Went inside the building sat with the manager to discuss what they promised me. They tried getting over on me and he was completely rude. More than rude. Shrugging his shoulders and not making eye contact. Trying to get me to pay more than what they promised. Drove an hour there after being told something different on the phone. I knew they wanted to get over on me and got upset that I didnt give them what they wanted. Which was way more money than they asked. Also they already had the vehicle picked out for me. I didnt get to pick my choice I. Vehicle. Which its my money Ive done this before and was able to choose my vehicle. They made me test drive the vehicle and didnt give me an option to pick another vehicle. Worst service ever. I wont be going back. But the manager with bad attitude needs to be fired or reprimanded. He made my experience horrible. Ive never deal with something so bad before

That is the corporation name and quite often times people refer to the Selma Auto Mall when talking about any of the 8 stores.

    Selma Nissan

    Genesis of Selma

    Selma Hyundai

    Selma Kia

    Liberty Chevrolet

    Selma Mazda

    Selma Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

    Selma Honda

I need a store name not the corporation in order to address the issue.

I went into Selma Honda to purchase a vehicle for work on 5/20/2023. I had tried to contact them three times with this issue only to receive no callback upon stating they would call me back. My issue is that upon learning that the price of the car would be 42 thousand dollars with all of the add ons I decided I would look elsewhere. I stated, “This is not something I want to pay for, and if it's not taken off then it's just not something I want.” I also stated, “I'm sorry for wasting your time but I would like to look elsewhere.” “This is a big purchase for me so I'm going to look around I apologize for wasting your time.” However the salesperson would not let me leave stating “Let me see if I can work something out” and kept coming back and forth with the same statement, he had gotten the manager, and the finance officer to try and “explain” things to me I had understood and told them I do not want to pay for their accessories such as the cilajet and LoJack. They had stated, “We can not take it off as it's already on the car.” I kept stating “I don't want it” I felt very pressured into purchasing these accessories under the claim from them that it was mandatory only to find out later on that it’s fraudulent to make them mandatory add-ons and they're optional. I had also asked about the MSRP of the vehicle and they had told me it was 32,480 thousand dollars however I've come to learn that the actual MSRP is 26,200. If I had known that the car was marked up I never would have bought it but I was led to believe it was MSRP by the salesperson. The sticker price for the vehicle also was not posted on the vehicle window and was instead in the backseat upon viewing. I had also stated I did not want the extended warranty however they would not agree and kept saying it was necessary. I want my money back for add-ons such as the Cilajet, lojack, extended warranty, and the markup for the vehicle or I will contact a lawyer for bad faith practices and fraud with 2 witnesses

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However it should not have come to this point. I do appreciate that we were able to come to a resolution though.

Purchased a 2022 Nissan Kicks from the Selma Nissan dealer and was told i Purchased and signed a Lojack contract for the new vehicle. Then after 22 days waiting for an aviation pin from Lojack. I called the dealership and spoke with Andres who then told me I never purchased Lojack. I then sent him the lojack contract I signed. The dealership still has not made this right.

We have reached out to the customer and can provide the customer with a copy of the contract which shows that he was not charged for LoJack, he would just need to contact the Business Office.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 172****2, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They have also activated the lojack for my vehicle. They claim I never purchased lojack but yet I have a contract signed by myself and the dealership.
