      This company made me sicker. Heres how. I was suffering an increasingly worse illness throughout 2023 which eventually left me mostly bedbound for over 5 months. Eventually I found out I had a huge level of mycotoxins in my body, from a massive exposure at a mold-infested AirBnb as well as multiple areas of hidden mold inside my walls at home from slow plumbing leaks, etc. I followed medical advice to vacate my home until mold remediation could be completed. We moved to a hotel in late Dec, and, wanting to make sure the air there would be clean, I bought an AirDoctorPro **** which was delivered to my hotel in late Dec 2023 or early Jan. *** machine was running very near my bed continuously from then until 2/9/24. During that time, despite doing a complicated mold detox regimen, I continued getting sicker instead of better. AirDoctor display always showed blue, so we assumed the air was clean. On 2/9 my son went next to my bed, said it smelled bad, sniffed around and smelled a moldy area of carpet adjacent to my bed. He got symptoms immediately. We had to leave asap and had to pay over $2000 to rent an Airbnb for the week to leave the moldy room. ***re, my symptoms quickly diminished and I was more functional. *** machine must be either a lemon or a bad product. I just called customer service. Was told they never claim to capture mold spores. Multiple places on the website said it will capture mold and even smaller particles such as viruses. I asked ******* if he knows the size of mold spores vs viruses and he didnt know. Had me test it by placing a pillow next to the sensor. Display remained blue. Rep kept insisting this machine doesnt claim to capture mold spores from the air. He didnt know (or claimed not to) that mold spores are bigger than viruses. Im out $400+, my health was damaged, I lost another 6 weeks of my life to severe illness. Rep is either undertrained or lying. I recorded the call. He was blatantly contradicting the claims on their own website.

      I ordered replacement filters in November and still havent received them as of 1/3/24. They had the wrong address and I just checked the order and its still the wrong address. No one knows whats going on there. Horrible service.

      I bought 2 last year. They have this weird odor. Both of them. Ive bought so many new filters. Doesnt work. Same smell. Havent used a filter over 1 week. *********************. I have a handicap daughter really needed a good one spent a lot of money My house is only 5 years old and clean.

      (This is my email to info @ airdoctorpro dot com. Agent ******** claims it goes to a "higher ***** when in reality it's their regular email address. I don't have high hopes of anything coming from this last ditch effort!)I'm on the phone with ******** who has told me that he cannot do anything to help me with an issue that your agent, ***************************** on July 21, 2023 at 1:27pm promised to send 2 carbon replacement filters. As you can see, he couldn't find my order so I emailed it to the email address he provided me: ******* dot ******* at **************** dot net He promised that he would be sending 2 new carbon filters because the ones we received smelled bad (like it was already saturated with the toxins). We know this from having a different air purifier with carbon filters that smell the same way when it becomes saturated with pollutants after many months of use. It has been over 3 months and I have no new filters. I have made several calls which no one in your company has made any effort to assist with. Furthermore, when they ask for my "order #" and all I have to give them is a "reference #" they cannot ever find my information. This is horrible customer service! I wish I had never purchased an Air Doctor and will tell everyone to stay away. I will be taking this to the BBB.

      Do not buy this product!! We bought 2 AirDoctors (**** & ****) roughly two years ago. We were very excited for the purchase, despite the hefty pricetag. We had only heard great things about the technology and how the product worked. We were so committed we bought a a lot of extra filters for storage. The AirDoctors worked great, until they didn't.Last week, our AirDoctor **** just stopped working. I tried removing the filters, unplugging and replugging, plugged into a different electrical socket, I even tried holding down the buttons reset, but nothing worked. So I called the help line thinking they would at least give me some info of why the unit stopped working. During that call, all they could tell me is that I would have to take it to someone else that works with air purifiers to get it fixed and that I was out of warranty. I asked what went wrong and if they had anyone in their network that they can recommend me. He said I had to figure that out. Then I asked how is it that such an expensive product could just die after only two years, and he said that I should have gotten the 2 warranty, which was only 40 some dollars. Coincidentally, the product died right after our two year ***** I asked him if he could connect me to a manager. He said they don't have a manager to talk to but I can send an email regarding my issue to one of their departments. I thanked him and contacted the unit immediately with a video attachment of the unit showing how it wasn't working. That was about a week ago, and no word as of yet. Personally, I'm not one to leave reviews of any kind, let alone a negative one. But the quality of the AirDoctor, crapping out at two years negates any positive with regards to their technology. If I am going to spend my hard earned money on a product that costs a good shiny *****, I would hope that it lasts more than 2 years I would also hope that the company would provide an actual semblance of customer service worth the cost of it's products.

      The filter may work-but the customer service for the price of the product is HORRIBLE. I placed an order this morning and got no confirmation email and was not charged. So I placed a second order. And 2 hours later have been charged twice, however still only got 1 confirmation email. I have spoken to 3 customer service people who all have failed to refund one of the charges and told me I would have to wait until they arrive and return one. But I dont even think that 2 units are coming since I only got confirmation for 1. One person told me I would have to wait 3 days to see if a refund would be approved by their people and did not even guarantee it. So so far I have no refund, and dont know if any units are coming due to poor communication with their customer service. For the price on this product I am incredibly disappointed!!!

      I put filters in my cart but never checked out as I was confused by them having two different websites that at the time had 2 different prices. 3 days later I call them to ask and make sure both websites are legitimate and then I went online and placed my order. That same day filters show up at my door. Apparently they pushed the order through just by me having them in my cart the 3 days prior. I called to cancel the order I made that day since now I already have the filters and a week and half later, I still see no refund. I called again and they said it could take up to 2 weeks for refund to show up after they process it... this company feels shady.

      I ordered my air doctor on November 16th. I got a weird confirmation email from Norton security shipping and then eventually found an email from air doctor (both in my spam). The email from air doctor says "your order was received" and shows the card number I used. That card was canceled a couple of days later and I received a new card in the mail.
      After not receiving any other emails or seeing that I was charged I called air doctor. They told me my card was declined and they continued trying to charge it 2-3 times after (which I never authorized nor did they let me know what was going on). If they really charged my card the day I ordered it there should have never been a problem. I take full responsibility for the other attempts (other than the first) since I had received that new card. But like I stated, they never let me know that there had been multiple attempts to charge me. Also, if they charged me and it supposedly "didn't go through" why did I get an email saying my order was processed?
      Also why does the email say I won't be charged till it's shipped but they're saying they charged me the day I purchased? Now it's been 2 weeks and I got everything worked out and the waiting for my order has been restarted. This better be the best air purifier in the world. Stop paying influencers to talk so highly of it if you're not going to be ready for huge influx of sales on Black Friday deals. It's annoying that a company that is so highly praised has a terrible way of taking responsibility for what's going on. The lady on the phone literally said I didn't receive emails because their system wasn't working due to the amount of orders they'd received. Don't have Black Friday sales if your system can't handle it.

      No one reached out. And if they did I didn't receive it.
      But it's still not adding up. I was told my card was charged on the 16th and it was declined which is impossible. So I called my bank and they said there was never any attempted charges. So after the First Lady I talked to blamed my bank and said it was my fault that it didn't go through (and that the reason I didn't receive notifications that my charge didn't go through this because your website was down) I called back. I made this new person on the phone aware of the situation and that my bank showed no record of any attempts, and he told me what happened was the website glitched and that's why I wasn't ever charged.
      So someone doesn't have their story straight because now I've been told 3 different things.
      I was also told a supervisor was going to call and I never received a call. Regardless of whether or not I received my order, this has been a poor customer service experience.

      I purchased an Air Doctor 3000 and I like your product, however, I must say your responsiveness to emails is a ZERO rating. I have sent my initial email on 7/21/22, to info@airdoctorpro, asking for a copy of my online receipt from purchase dated 6/22/22, as I seem to have lost my record of same. I have sent TWO follow up emails since, the 3rd email I sent, just minutes ago. I will REALLY appreciate it if you locate my emails and please ANSWER. Thank you.

      I have attempted to reach the Air Doctor Customer Service via phone number and email with no luck. I received an email from AirDoctor explaining they had shipped my order and they provided a tracking number. When I use that number, Fed-Ex explains, that I have to contact Airdoctor for further information. AirDoctor Customer Service does not respond to request for service. They were quick to take my money and have yet to deliver on the order or respond to requests for assistance.

At that time, it was determined that we had the incorrect address in our system and a no charge order was placed to send you the filters. Two out of the three filters were recently processed and the final filter is on back order which per notes, Customer Service let you know.
