    Did an online study and never got paid, even after 3 months. If I could give no stars I would.

    The worst of the worst, don't do any business with them, you wont be paid.

    On Thursday, April 11, 2024, around 11:00 a.m., I arrived on time at ***************************************************** a *********************** in **************, to pick up my study materials as instructed via e mail.Despite the directions to suite #****, it was not mentioned that the entry to the building is in the rear, not at *************************************** Furthermore, there was no suite #**** posted on the 10th floor. I later discovered that *********************************************** rented a couple of small rooms inside this large shared suite.When I finally found my way to the small room, I informed the person there about the improper directions provided. He insisted that the building entry was through **************, which was not true. When I asked for his full name and position, he only gave me his name as ***, and instructed me to follow the hallway to the common vending area and look for a young man to assist with sample pick up. I found ***** talking to another person and stepped away to the nearby bathroom for a couple of minutes. When I returned, I discovered the doors were locked. Eventually, I spoke with *** again, who informed me that ***** had been relocated. ***** abruptly informed me that I shouldn't have come in that day and that there was nothing he could do, sending me home without pay. I showed him the email sent by *********************** confirming my qualification. Meanwhile, *** and a very rude woman named ******************* sided with their co-worker and attempted to dismiss me, but my persistence compelled them to involve their partner CEO, *************************, in resolving the matter.I have left several messages for ************** at (818) 986-xxxx and (661) 251-xxxx as well as for *********************** at (818) 465-xxxx and ********************* at (818) 986-xxxx but have not received any reply. On some occasions, the destination voicemail is full. Therefore, no one from Fact'N'Figures has returned my calls, despite my attempts to share my experience with the upper management to improve their work ethics.Please follow on next page
