We are committed to using green cleaning products that are healthier for you, your family, your pets, and the environment. What the nature of the dispute is:The maids did not complete the detailed cleaning as advertised. They came without equipment and trash bags so I had to provide them. Please refer to the pictures for the lack of service provided. There were dust, grime, insect, and rodent droppings not thoroughly cleaned up. The washing of the floors was done quickly while literally walking out of the house with dirty water and dirty cloth as the maids only cleaned once leaving smear a dirty film residue.Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem:No
