    I noticed today a transaction in my bank account (CIBC) from a SHIPMENTSFREECO that is labeled as a purchase, in spite of the fact, I have never ordered anything from them, had any contact with them or let alone heard from them. I haven't ordered anything online recently, and not awaiting anything to be shipped.Nor have I clicked on any "cash back" rebate pop-**** as the company always claims is the case.Fact is, I haven't bought, ordered, pre-ordered or contracted anything today, labor, goods, services or other.I don't even have an account/order/tracking number, I'm not registered to their website, so how did these grifitng rat-folk get their grubby, swindlers claws on my information, especially considering that I don't have any business with them.

    Contrary to your claim, we believe that you or someone in your household with access to the payment information on file signed up with us.  We obtained user data directly from your inputted information after visiting a ********************* site (exact website unknown).  Someone clicked on our cash back rebate ad and filled out a multi-field signup form which included entering payment information.  The last item to be completed is an "I agree" checkbox that requires user interaction to be clicked in order for the subscription to be activated and gives consent and authorization for us to charge the account.  Next to that checkbox are disclosures stating the price to be charged and outlining our terms with links provided to the full text details.  We also sent a welcome confirmation to the email address on file immediately after the last step is completed confirming the purchase.  This signup flow is very clearly identified as belonging to us.  It's very difficult to sign up with us inadvertently, unknowingly or unaware that there will be monthly charges incurred.  We acknowledge your prior call to us on 10Apr2025 at which time we believed this matter was settled.  Please reach out directly to us for any further questions or concerns.  Our contact information is prominently displayed on our website.  For the convenience of our customers, we operate ******** telephone call & live chat services.  We also respond promptly to emails.

    I was charged today (04/07/25) $25 for a subscription I never signed up for. I cancelled it with my bank and hopefully wont be charged again. Im sure I will get their generic response, but nobody has access to my accounts.

    This business removed from my debt card $25.00 without my permission , I never heard of them or had any contact with them. There customer service was contact and they said they have no record of this ,the CEO of this company was emailed 4 times about this issue and never any reply back to me ************* removed $25.00 on 3/25/25 .     My minor child is being charged $25 every month and she never ever signed up for this. This is fraud. They have taken over $100 from my childs account and she never signed up for anything. Complete scam.
