    I placed an order with GypsyVapes.com on 09-20-2022. The order was delivered 09/24/2022. However one item, one of two **************************** I ordered was defective and unusable. I notified the vendor on their website and requested instruction for return and replacement on 09/25/2022. GypsyVapes responded twice telling me my satisfaction is their "top priority", and requested that I make a video reproducing the problem and send it to them. I replied that I do not have the capability of making and sending a video, that one of the batteries I received from them works just fine with my ************ and coils and so do two older ********** batteries I have been using for over two years and if they aren't willing to honor their return policy, just say so. GypsyVapes responded with instructions for return of the defective battery. The battery was returned via **** Priority mail on 09/26/2022 with a letter asking for credit to my cr. card acct. if replacement with a tested battery was not possible. A copy of their sales order was also enclosed. Per **** tracking, the returned item package was delivered to GypsyVapes on 09/28/2022. Despite having followed through by e-mail a week ago and, two days ago, voice mail message to the phone number shown on this *** report page, as of this date, 10/17/2022, GypsyVapes has neither replaced the returned battery, nor issued credit to my account, nor acknowledged the return, nor responded to my follow through communications. It appears my satisfaction is quite far from their top priority and they are sticking me with the loss of the purchase price of the returned item as well as shipping cost for the return, which was equal to nearly 1/2 the purchase price. This experience leads me to believe this business, though not a scam operation, is a dishonest dealer.
