    We have contacted ***** multiple times. He said he would help us with credit and purchasing a home. Any time my husband would call him he would hang up on him and tell him he would get back to us. I gave him one more chance today. We had a call set up at 1:00pm. It was 1:10 and he didn't contact me. I've text him 3 more times with no response. I'm not sure if he is doing something illegal and trying to hid it but he should have contacted us and let us know

    Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/05/31) */ There was no payment made at all so there is no refund to be made they did not purchase any service. There was a credit report ran but nothing was done no alteration made either. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/06/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Yes we made a payment for the credit pull. Which in turn hurt our credit more. Furthermore he sent our info to a mortgage lender without prior approval again another hard inquiry on our credit. The main point is that the lack of communication and not following through with anything he said. He treated us as if we were nothing and he always had something more important than his clients.
