  Invista will mislead you at best and lie to you at worst. Virtually everything I was promised was walked back, or changed. If you choose Invista be very aware of what you are signing and agreeing to. My phone conversation with their sales people, proposal, contract and treatment once the job began were incredibly different. During the signing of my contract, the numbers were wrong. While they corrected it, I needed to find the error and it was the first red flag. Read your paperwork VERY carefully. Invista will ask you to sign a certificate of completion during your contract signing which long before the completion of the job. I would never have signed a completion certificate BEFORE the job was scheduled yet somehow it was signed. Invista then had the finance company release funds BEFORE there were singles on my roof. Invista employeed roofers who were destructive and caused damage to the interior of my home. Invista said they would send someone out to fix the drywall and paint so that the inside would look new. They did fix the drywall but did not paint. Then a couple weeks later I heard from the drywall that Invista had not paid them. My contracted included entire gutter system. However, when my roof was about to be complete, the gutters were a surprise to Invista . This led to a ten day delay in finishing the job. I chose Invista because the work was being done on an investment property. I thought they would make the process smooth and streamlined. They are simply middlemen and all they did was complicate the process. Each plan/ schedule Invista made was changed at least once if not multiple times. I received conflicting messages from their employees multiple times. I told Invista that I would be writing an honest review so that others could make a better choice at which point I was threatened. This should be the only red flag you need. They clearly do not want the truth told. Invista is either dishonest or incredibly disorganized.

However, we believe it is important to clarify a few key points regarding your experience and the efforts we made to accommodate your requests, even beyond what was outlined in our agreement.What We Provided Beyond the Contract:We completely re-decked your roof, installed flashing, and waterproofed everything properly, ensuring your home was protected.Your new shingle roof was installed to code, passed all inspections, and met the highest industry standards.We added brand-new gutters at no additional cost to enhance your homes exterior.Addressing Additional Requests & Challenges:1.Tarping the Home (Not in the Contract): Immediately after signing the contract, you requested that we tarp the entire house, which was not part of the original agreement. Despite it being the holiday season **************** Years), we worked quickly to obtain multiple estimates ranging from $3,800 to $5,400with the most expensive available within 24 hours. You refused to pay for this and threatened to cancel the contract unless we covered the cost.2.Plywood Replacement Misrepresentation: During contract signing, we specifically asked whether your home had plywood sheathing, and you confirmed that it did. Based on this, we anticipated replacing only up to 20% of the plywood, which is standard industry practice. However, once we removed the roof, we discovered there was no plywood at all, meaning the entire roof required new plywood to pass inspectiona $12,100 change order. When we informed you, you stated that you had known all along that no plywood was present, yet you had never disclosed this. You refused to pay the $12,100 change order, which directly impacted our costs.3.Gutter ************************ Adjustments:There was a 10-day delay in installing the gutters, for which we immediately offered to compensate you with an amortized daily rebate for the affected days after the 24-month financing period expired.However, the finance company had already extended your 24-month ***** periodmeaning you were not financially impactedbut you still demanded further compensation.4.Threats to Our Business: After all work was completed, the owner personally called you on numerous occasions to resolve the matter, asking what you felt would be a fair resolution. You demanded that we refund the tarp cost you had already agreed to pay or you would "destroy" our company with negative online reviews.We made every reasonable effort to work with you going above and beyond industry standards despite misrepresentations on your part regarding the plywood, the tarp, and contract terms. While we deeply value customer satisfaction, we cannot comply with demands that would jeopardize our business when we already absorbed significant additional costs. We stand by the quality of our work and remain available to address any warranty-related issues that arise.   I contacted this company cause I needed a kitchen remodel done they done excellent work. The boss man that came to my property and talk to me was super nice and explain the process to me. You told me it was gonna be quick and simple!! 10 out of 10 recommend
