On 10 March 2023, the business received a letter via **** mail from the Law Offices of Kenneth J. Freed demanding payment "within 10 days hereof." The memo said nothing about what the payment demand was for. Wanting to understand the reason for the memo, the company called the Law Offices of Kenneth J. Freed at their 818-area code telephone number. Upon doing so, we were rudely greeted by an employee who sounded like a female, though we're not positive. After providing the requested file number, this employee transferred us to someone's voicemail. Not wanting to leave a message, we called back and spoke to the same employee who sounded like a female. We were rudely greeted AGAIN. We asked for more information about our assigned file number, but this employee couldn't provide any information. This employee who sounded like a female kept us on hold for more than 5 minutes on this second call. When this employee who sounded like a female returned, this employee who sounded like a female gave us the name of a different employee whose name did not appear on the memo from the Law Offices of Kenneth J. Freed. Concerned about potential fraud, this employee who sounded like a female said the law office was representing the ***************************. Again, like previous information that this employee who sounded like a female provided, this meant nothing to us. In the middle of us talking, this employee who sounded like a female hung up the phone as they were attempting to transfer us. In all, we got nowhere with this person. She was rude, condescending, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. If this person doesn't enjoy customer service, then, perhaps, this employee who sounded like a female should find work elsewhere. We insist on an apology and that the Law Offices of Kenneth J. Freed require this employee who sounded like a female to successfully complete an in-person customer service remediation program.
