    My package was not fully delivered. This had been previously brought up to a couple customer service reps, and still, nothing has been done to resolve my issue. The latest email I sent almost 1 week ago saying, Hi!Thank you for reaching out to Teen ************************ We are working hard to respond to your email pesonally :). Please allow ***** Hours for a response at this time.Emails are responded to in the order they are recieved- sending multiple emails will send your inquire to the back of the line and will increase your response time.This email was sent after I, again, spoke with two OTHER representatives. One representative replied another week before on Nov 6th, saying, Hi ******,Our apologies. The tracking number ********************** is the package for the beanie that was delivered on September 29, 2023. Please see the attached screenshot. Here is the link to view the tracking details, ************************************************************ As for the shirts, we are uncertain why we didn't receive an update. I will bring this to the attention of the warehouse and make sure to get them shipped ASAP. Again, we are so sorry for the trouble this has caused.I paid $121.94 for this order back in AUGUST and only received my hat! I am totally dissatisfied with the companys service. I am looking for my order to be delivered completely and a full or partial refund for the poor communication, as well as clothing I had purchased. It was not available to me around the time of the event I planned to wear it. As far as I know, I can no longer recommend this company or their products like I used to because of this lack of customer care and communication.

    Ordered three shirts from Teen Hearts on August 3, 2023. Have not received items, nor have I received any updates on the shirts as of October 24, 2023. The store keeps using the excuse of having just moved warehouses to avoid sending anything. I have already reported this to the *** and ************************* **************** has been entirely unhelpful and condescending. DISGUSTING business practices here there needs to be some consequence to their actions. I used the Shop app to pay for the items, and the store has since been removed from the app.
