    Like the other reviews, I havent received my order either. Its over a month later. *** reached out twice, no response. *** commented on the social media, deleted my comments.

    I placed and order on the 8th of April and instead of my package being shipped or any updates. I decided to inquire and the response was ok but I was told it would be shipped the very next day and it wasnt so when I sent an email again they were rude to me saying we are not Amazon, my order wasnt a cheap order either. Good luck to those who do order from them. People make you not want to support small business at all.

    Very unprofessional and false advertising! I place an order on Dec 2nd. I paid almost $30 extra for next-day shipping. I have yet to receive a confirmation email, a tracking number, or anything! I contacted the website through the pop-up chat box to reach someone regarding my order. She replied after a while, stating that my order had been shipped and I should receive it the next day or two. Well, that never happened! The tracking number given only noted that a label was created. Then when I went to check it a few days later, it doesn't even exist anymore. It can't be found. So I got to Instagram and read comments to see if anyone was dealing with the same issue. Someone asked how to apply for next-day shipping. The company replied, " We no longer offer next-day shipping" At this point, I'm ******! Because why is it still on your site? I need a refund! Why charge customers if you know you aren't offering that service anymore? She DM'd me asking how I can help you; I responded, and no response after that! I am agitated! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

    Do not order from this company! In early December 22' I ordered a silver romper from them in which I received it within days just to notice that ********** I purchased online was different from what I received in the mail! I've been contacting them ever since and have yet to even get a response to the chat. All I keep receiving are away messages. This company is a complete fluke!!!

    **Scam Alert** I ordered from this site September 25th and received a tracking number on September 30th. Still to this very day, November 13th, the status of my shipment ****** "pre-shipment info sent to ********** awaiting item." (I never received the items) I've reached out to this company through emails, direct messages, and even inquired about the status of my order under a picture on their ig feed, but it was deleted, and I never received a response. Luckily, I purchased the items through afterpay. I disputed the purchase and received a full refund from afterpay. Please don't order from this company, it's a scam! Make sure to read the comments on ig. I wasn't alone with my inquiry about the status of my order. There were several customers complaining about not receiving their items.

    I purchased a Lace Hoodie for $93 a month ago I still haven't received it. I sent an email and no response. I should've known better once it said no refunds. If you are reading this review hopefully it's not to late for you. Do not order from here. They are overpriced and unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN!

    If I can give them a lower star I would. I order ans skirt set... it was too small returned it 2 days later. It's going on 2 months and no response or email. I wish I read reviews before ordering.. Very BAD BUSINESS!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

    I purchased an item from this company on 7/20/22 through afterpay that was listed to be shipped between 7/25-7/30. Aug. 9 I reached under the picture of the item on Instagram inquiring about my purchase. He/she responded with " your item with be shipped today and you will receive and tracking number." Later that day I did get a tracking number it stated " awaiting arrival of item." A week later I reach out the He/She about the delay with no response. No mind you the payments are still coming out through afterpay and still no merchandise. I have been trying to reach them all week with no response. I finally had to file a complaint with my bank to get my card blocked. This company needs to be shut down. We work too hard for someone to just come and take our money.

    Please DO NOT order from this company. This company is a scam and will not respond or refund you. I had ordered a preorder item on May 1, 2022. It said the item would ship June 25, 2022. It is now the end of August 2022 and still nothing. I had emailed them numerous times for a refund, I also messaged them on IG and post comments that are deleted. As soon as I put in a dispute with my bank , they want to respond and send a shipping email when I asked for a refund. Still didn't received my refund. Horrible company, horrible customer service, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
