    A complete scam. They called without stating what company they worked for and said they were sending toner, acting as if they were our current copier company. They sent ONE single black toner and then sent an invoice for $498.00, as if that makes any sense. They do not respond to emails nor do they answer calls. The answering machine doesn't even have their company name on it.

    Definately scammers,They called pretending to be our current company for cartridge replacements. Story sounds identical to all the comments in the past.They told me the price was raising, but this last toner will come at the same price. They are charging tripple the price for toner, and completely lied about doing business with us.I am newer to the company so they took advantage.

    This scam company also got through to one of our employees who did not know better either. I know that others have reported them but the more people who speak out against despicable people who prey on other, the more likely they are to suffer consequences. Do not trust these people and report them!

    This company just scammed one of my customers. They told them they were the new supplier for toner and sent them toner and an invoice. Toner is included at no charge in our maintenance agreement.*********************** DEX Imaging, *******************

Our outreach was directed at providing your customer with competitive options, a standard practice in free enterprise.Its important to note that we had no way of knowing this customer was under a maintenance agreement with your company or that toner was provided by you unless disclosed directly by the customer.     I don't need a ****** in free enterprise. This is a known scam that has been going on for 30 years, you are just the latest player. If you were simply presenting an alternative, you would not mislead the mark...errrr...prospective client into thinking you were their new supplier. Own it, you are a toner pirate. *** I called the number you have listed on THIS site, ************, and it is a loop offering tv or internet, cheap flights, and hotel bookings!! Scam.

    Zero Star. They do not have a ethical business practice and they are scheming business. they are charging triple the price for Toner. BBB should take action against this company. I do not want to give them any star but it would not let me leave a review with out a star.

    SCAM! Called and said our current toner provider was switching over to them and in order to get the sale price we had to agree right away. ere very convincing but even when told we had to look into this and contact our current supplier, they sent toner without auth!

    Most call are recorded and monitored for quality control purposes.GIP has no record of any such situation taking place. It is possible this customer ordered in error. GIP will always require authorization prior to releasing goods that are ordered.

    A scam company. They call to say you have free toner coming, then continue to ship more and then bill for it. Total scam - call them out on it immediately and do not take their further calls.

    Scammers shipping toner without authorization. Avoid at all costs. They'll send you around to a hundred different phone numbers while calling

    These people are running a scam. They call and say they are your toner refill company and ship you toner for a large amount of money. Then they call back and tell you that you have to take more because you have an open case of toner. They ship without authorization even when told to stop.
