    Business Response

    Date: 04/09/2024

    To whom it may concern,

Regrettably ********************************* has been fired as a client of Iron Lion A.V. for harassment. ****** has repeatedly contacted the business after hours late on Friday and Saturday evenings, and despite fielding his calls he continues to blame the business for categorical user error problems. He has misplaced his remote multiple times, and among other issues refuses to heed to professional advice given to him regarding his multitude of self-inflicted problems. These late-night 45-minute phone conversations include how to power on his cable box, how to use equipment he has had previously installed by other professionals in years past, and why his equipment is failing due to an inadequate installation stemming from approximately 10 years ago, etc... ****** is under the mistaken impression that his remote control was taken, however it is white, as is his furniture and he has misplaced it previously. His complaint about Iron Lion A.V. being contracted to install and program is misinformed and misunderstood, as this initial job was finished to its completion. His complaint stems from a change order - or additional request for service - of which was rendered twice; however, the latter he has refused to pay for. These requests originate from his wife wanting to continually add her own artwork to their TV, which has manufacture limitations in its software in regard to resizing and formatting images. ****** seems to think this burden falls on Iron Lion A.V. despite being educated repeatedly on how to do this himself, because he fails to understand technology as a whole. Iron Lion A.V. has absolved him of his final invoice for services already rendered and has repeatedly communicated disinterest in doing any further work for him. He now attempts to meld together a previous - fulfilled contract of installation with his current unrelated complaints in an effort to manufacturer some sort of leverage for his repeated self-inflicted problems. ****** does not understand the nuance of technology and does not listen to those he contracts. He has been given, frankly a ridiculous amount of ***** and service. Iron Lion A.V. does not possess his remote control nor do any of its employees, subcontractors or representatives. All of his "programming" was finished on site. His final invoice was never paid, and Iron Lion A.V. has no interest in doing business with ********************************* for any reason moving forward.
