    I would give ZERO stars if I could.I visited Carbon Health on July 2, 2022 for covid symptoms. I was not charged for the visit and was told that it was in network with my insurance provider *****. I paid the $50 as my co-pay as is standard for my urgent care visits. Fast forward to October 2023 and Carbon health charged me over $500 which I did not authorize. I called Carbon Health and had a difficult time getting a hold of anyone by phone. They have different numbers which is weird. I called Cigna the Monday after and explained what they told me. ***** said they already processed the claim from over a year ago and the claim was closed. ***** has filed a claim against them. I called cigna again to check in about the status since I am out over $500 and ***** said they have been calling and emailing to Carbon health, but no luck. How could they just go charging people and not held responsible! This must stop and I want to let others know before they are taken advantage of.
