      Straight Line Construction *** installed a new roof in October 2022. The big storm in January 2023 caused the top flue to roll around the chimney top causing damage and eventual leaks into the living room around the fireplace. I got quotes from roofers ranging from $700 just for coming out to $1800.00 to locate and stop the leakage.The Straight Line owner, called me, I gave him my assessment of the situation and immediately, I had an army of roofers at my door, climbing the roof and chimney, repairing chimney damage then sealing against the leaks AND STRAIGHT-LINE ROOFERS DID ALL THIS AT NO CHARGE!!!!!!!!!!They did this because they installed my new roof and wanted to determine if the leaks were caused by their workmen. The leaks were caused by wind- damage.There are problems with most projects. Our issues were handled by an awesome ********************** *********, ************************ backed by Roof technicians ***********************, ****, *****, ****** and ***********There could be more roof issues in the future, but I am confident any issue will be handled quickly and efficiently by Straight Line Roofing Company.I am thankful that I chose Straight Line Roofing to install my new roof. and I strongly recommend them to anyone in need of repair or a new roof.

      We recently had Straight Line Construction out to assess our home for dry rot repairs. Our Project Manager, Phil, gave us an honest assessment of the boards that needed repair or replacement, and also pointed out areas we could treat and paint so that dry rot would not occur there in the future. He noticed the gutter overflow problem on the side of our house and recommended gutter guards and a new downspout installation to better accommodate heavy rain. Several crews came out and did the repairs. Brandon, Jorge, and Taylor did the gutter work, with Tony and Mike handling the dry rot repairs. Each crew showed up on time, did a great job on their respective tasks, and cleaned up the area when finished. This is why I am a repeat customer, because I know Straight Line will complete the job as promised.

      We contacted Straightline Construction to replace our houses skylight that had a large crack in it (previously plastic). ****, the Project Manager, was extremely professional and measured our skylight for replacement. He provided us with multiple options, from a standard glass replacement to skylights with shades (manual or solar). We decided on the skylight with a solar shade. Straightline made the process extremely easy. We absolutely loved how it turned out. The two person installation team did a great job and even installed the remote to open and close the shade in our kitchen. While installing the skylight they also sealed exposed nails and painted and resealed flashings. I highly recommend Straightline for your roofing needs.
