      I placed an order online with LD products for black printer ink in the amount of $60.50 on December 5, 2022. This order still says processing today on December 21, 2022. I have sent several emails to this company. Started December 8, 2022. I just received a reply yesterday December 20, 2022 from a representative named*******. He stated the error is on the banks end. However this payment was made through PayPal and posted to my bank on December 8, 2022.******* provided no resolution. I need the ink I paid for.

      I have placed orders with LD Products in the past and they have been prompt with their customer service and the product has been good. I ordered new print cartridges last Saturday, 12/10/2022 and paid for them with ******. The payment went thru but i have yet to receive the cartridges. I have tried several times to contact Customer Support via email, chat and phone and nothing seems to work. Before I ask ****** for my money back I need to see if these people are in business and are just experiencing delays.

      On November 13, 2022 I made a purchase at *****************. I was immediately assessed a hold of $171 on my credit card provided, sent a confirmation of purchase, and as of nine days later I do not have the product, it has not been shipped, and the company will not return my emails. I have now sent two. My email confirmation from ****************** From: ************************************** To: ******************************* Sent: Sunday, November 13, 2022 at 11:00:22 AM AKST Subject: We've Received Your Order:************* The website states: We ship from our distribution center in **********, Monday through Friday. Orders received before 4 p.m. PST usually will* be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be sent the next business day, while orders placed after 4 p.m. on Friday will ship on Monday. Orders shipped via *** can only be delivered to a physical address. We cannot send packages via *** to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address. If you see that your order is shipping *** and you do not have a physical address listed please call our customer service department. In most cases we are able to catch these orders and have a representative contact you to correct the address. Orders are imported every few hours into our internal processing system. You will receive your order number via email, and a follow up email with tracking number details a few hours after the order leaves our facility. Transit times start when your package leaves our facility. Transit times are not guaranteed and shipping costs are not refundable. Clearly the above is a false claim, since they received my order before 4 p.m. PST on November 13. I want this order cancelled immediately, as I need to now drive elsewhere (80 miles from home) to purchase the items, as they are required for my business and I needed them a week ago.       On 11/12/22, I ordered ink from LD Products, On 11/16/22, I called the company to see where my order was I was told that it was never been processed. I paid for it through PayPal. Called PayPal to dispute the charge and both parties agreed that the monies would be refunded. against my better judgement, I re-ordered the same product from LD Products on 11/17/22. When I called LD Products on 11/18/22 I was told that the new order had been cancelled that morning because of internal issues. I'm now due a refund of $139.05

      "DO NOT" purchase ink cartridges from LDProducts. Absolute nightmare! I purchased 3 ***** ink cartridges from them using a $50.00 gift card ******************************* When I received the cartridges they were LDproduct remanufactured cartridges. I noticed that my printer was only using colored ink. No black. I immediately contacted them. After they had me go through each of the cartridges it was determined that there was something wrong with them! Duh!!!! They were incompatible with my printer. So, they sent me 3 more. Same thing. No ink. I was told they would refund me. Well, the ****** refunded a no longer existent gift card. So nobody knows where my $38.94 is. **** says it doesn't exist once Money on card has been spent. I'm sure if LD made the attempt to contact their Credit Card Company they might be able to resolve this issue. Truth is they knew they couldn't refund that card and is holding the money. They had no answer to that one. I told them to send me 3 ***** cartridges, keep the refund and I will never order from them again. I was told since there was already a refund, they would give me store credit and I could purchase from their store. They can't get the ***** Cartridges and there is nothing else I want from them. I want nothing else to do with that store. So folks, save yourself a nightmare. Don't order anything from these people. I hope the CEO ********** sees this! Not that he cares either. I want my refund of $38.94. This is the second complaint I have filed. The next two is the Attorney Generals Office and the ***. I have filed on********* as well!

      I placed an order on 7/15 for a set of toner. The package I received did not include all of the colors advertised. Two of the same color were included. When I called to ask that the missing color be replaced and sent with the same shipping option (2 days) I was told that the only choice was standard shipping which could take up to 5 business days. This is unacceptable. Our printer is not working due to the ink being out, the only ink needed was the one they didn't ship. New orders receive two-day shipping but error or replacement orders can only be shipped with standard 5-day shipping.

The shipping and the cost of the color that has delayed our office production.

      I bought HP compatible ink cartridges from LD paying with a "store credit" and a credit card for the remaining balance. The cartridges don't work in my HP printer. LD offered to replace the cartridges and asked me to remove the software update in the HP printer which I don't want to do. They will not provide a shipping label for the unusable ink cartridges i offered to return and they won't refund the amount charged to my credit card because I won't accept replacement cartridges which aren't guaranteed to work. LD cartridges don't work in my printer and they won't really make amends by giving me even a partial refund. Their business practices are unethical at best.

This was probably done without you initiating it, and even noticing it. It shouldn't damaged your printer in any way, it just affect the ability of our cartridges to read in your printer. These companies send out these types of updates to discourage companies like us from making more cost effective cartridges and customers like you from buying them. Don't worry, we will absolutely issue a refund for your order.       I ordered ink for the HP Officejet **** on October 6, 2021. When I installed the ink, the cartridges do not communicate with the printer. I spent over $100.00 on this ink. We have a business and I have to do contracts all the time. I think I have ink, and now my printer is jacked up. I call and I tell this lady what happened, oh, I'm sorry, I will send replacement ink, but you will not get it till Tuesday. This is day late and a dollar short.
