      On 8/13/2024, I purchased a ticket to an event scheduled to take place in ******, ** on 8/17/2024. I ordered the adult only session (ages 16+) from 7:00pm-10:00pm with an 8:00pm slot for admittance to the special section of the entertainment (************ area). The total cost was $49.05. I received an email on 8/16/2024 stating that my ticket entrance was changed to 3:30pm instead of 7pm. I was not able to attend at that time because I would still be at work. On 8/17/2024, I filled out the online "contact us" form stating that I could not attend at the new time slot. They responded to me that they are allowed to change the with that same day and will not refund my ticket. I saw that the it said that the time could be changed, but I assumed that was related to the window for entrance to the special area - not that they expected me to attend the event at an entirely different time of the day (many hours earlier than expected). Aside from the time change issue itself, I chose to go and purchased the the adult only session so that it would not be with little children around. The group of people I was intending to meet up with there did not receive a time change, so even if I could go at 3:30, the group I was going with still had the evening slot. So were they expecting me to go by myself? This is like a bait and switch deceitful tactic to get people's money.

      Tickets booked for The Big Bounce House (July 28, 2024) for 3:30-6:30 pm session. Arrived 10 minutes prior to session, only to be turned away, stating, "Oh we closed early". "We can't help you with a refund, you have to email the place". One emailed numerous of times since date of even and still no response. I'd like a full refund. See attachments for validation of complaint.

      I had had tickets to an event for which I paid $247.52 which I purchased months ago. the event was rescheduled due to poor weather to a date that we could not attend, so I asked for a refund. As per the company's policy, the refund was issued, however my credit card had been cancelled since originally purchasing the tickets due to fraud. I recieved an email from the company informing me that the refund had been issued to my cancelled credit card (obviously I cannot see/access it.) I have contacted the business multiple times over several weeks via email and their website explaining the issue and asked for the refund to be issued to my new credit card and have been completely ignored. I wish to be contacted by someone from the business so that we can remedy this issue.

      Big Bounce America rescheduled an event I purchased 2 tickets for. When you purchase the tickets online, you must read through waivers and cancellation/ rescheduling guidelines, in which, Big Bounce America states if they have to change the time of an event but not the day, there will be no refunds, but if they have to change the day of the event and you cannot attend, your ticket will be refunded. My event was rescheduled for another day due to weather, and I filled out a ****** form to receive refunds for my tickets. Big Bounce America only refunded 1 of my 2 tickets and will not respond or help with the remaining refund. The company has tried to tell me my card was refunded on a certain date, and I can prove within my bank statements there is no refund (the company name shows up twice on a later date, but one posting was for $0 and is labeled comment so I only was refunded for 1 ticket, yet they still will not respond or provide me the return. They have no phone number for customer service and are very unresponsive with email. It has been a month since I started the refund process and the company ignored me for weeks before trying to just state that I already got a refund, and now they are ignoring me again. I have tons of proof on my end that I only have received 1 refund; I am just asking for my money back, and I know I should be able to be refunded since they refunded 1 of the tickets already and it was written within the ticket guidelines when I made the purchase. Its not right that they are just taking my money for nothing.

      Bought several tickets - drove almost 2 hours round trip. Showed up and was told the event had been cancelled and was moving on to the next city. No refunds or apologies were provided. Kids were extremely disappointed They essentially stole the money and cancelled the event

      I purchased tickets to an event for July 14th in ******* *********. I had purchased five tickets. I ordered tickets but did not receive a confirmation email or anything. I then heard that the event changed from 9 am to 3 pm. We cannot attend the event at 3 pm. If I would have known this could happen I never would have bought the tickets. This was never made clear during the buying process of the tickets. I would have expected some big letters saying that this could happen but it did not

      I booked a toddler bounce session for my 23 month old grandson. That session was canceled, and without consulting me, was rebooked to a junior session where there would be older kids trampling my small grandson. They also rebooked it to a time that is unacceptable for us. I've requested a refund twice and they have completely ignored me.

      I had ordered tickets for an event back in April 23 for June 28 to General Admission tickets for noon to three and I never received the tickets. The attached PDF is the confirmation code for the two general tickets.

      I bought 2 tickets during a promotion November 2023 for tour date June 23, 2024 at *********, **. A family member brought to my attention the tour date is posted on the site for July 5-7, 2024 in ********, **. My tickets was not updated nor has the business notified me of any changes. I need the tickets to be corrected. I've emailed the business 3 times and I only receive automated response. There is no phone number for customer service. I also purchased new tickets for the new tour date not knowing I already had purchased them during the promo. This was for 3 tickets. I need to change the dates for these as well. No one again has replied.
