    I just had some underpinning work done at my mobile home. It was to fill some big and small holes in my mobile home. I actually went underneath with them, so I could see what I would be paying for. I am a woman and our conversation with Duffy was a little different than what was written on his estimate paper. We discussed useing board to fill some of the bigger wholes, but he said using fiberglass paper would be better because he it was easier to work with for all the holes big and little. But after they arrived, his workman. They stated they would be using some metal or silver tape, that I have personally used before to do small wholes. I called Duffy who had sent 2 of his workers and he stated he wrote tape on the estimate paper for small wholes. Sure enough he had, even though we discussed using his fiberglass paper because it could get around everything and wholes, but on the paper he wrote something else. Also I discussed with him after his estimate visit about replacing the insulation that had came down, he verbally told me that they could replace it in the areas where it was sagging vs all over. But when they came out, he said he did not include that in the charge , he came up with a price for $150.00 extra and he only replaced it in 3 areas at the most - however I did not see all 3 areas replaced because I had to come out for air and use restroom etc. Total price for some silver tape, (they say it is metal tape), Then I asked guys if they could bring out the old insulation, that had fell down and he said we usually don;t do that, called Duffy who confirmed sometimes they dont't. The guy did recomment a garbage bag, which I ended up taking out my self (only half way filled but they would not do it. ) They did seem in a rush to leave, not really to give me a good job, had them go back and tape up some areas, which I was not able to go back and confirm because they were already waiting for my credit card. ($900.00) Could have given better customer serv
