Purchased Poly Plantronics Blackwire 5220 headset on 9/18/2021 for $86.87. Shortly after the purchase on 9/20/21, Hummingbird's representative emailed me stating the headset is on backorder until late September or 2nd week in October. By 9/24/2021, I was in receipt of a defective headset. The company provided another (replacement) however the second headset was also defective. It took effort and time to receive the return tracking documentation for Fed Ex #77*******523 and 774********4. Now after several follow up attempts, Hummingbird Networks is silent with my refund. As a consumer, I expected to receive a new headset instead as of this writing, I returned both defective headsets to Hummingbird Networks, lost time I can not get back and yet they are still in receipt of $86.87Business response

Hi. We are sorry that you had 2 defective headsets, which is extremely rare. I am told that you were in touch with our customer service team throughout the entire process and a refund was given last week once the product was received back and processed at the RMA center.
