I ordered a subscription box for $39.95 on 9/1/2022. I waited on my package. I was never given a tracking number. Here we are 11/24/2022. Still nothing. I have tried to email and have gotten no reply. They have completely shut down their website. There is no customer service number to call. If they couldn't deliver the product then they should have refunded me my money but thats hard to do when you can't make contact with anyone.Initial Complaint

I signed up for a goodybox from Do You Goody Box on 9/7/22. I received a confirmation email for the first box and my subscription, charging me $38.88. I never received a box or able to track it. The website was down not too long after I made my purchase. It's been 2 months and no contact from the website, customer service, or anything else. At this point I just want my money back. It seems the owners messed up somehow and closed shop.Initial Complaint

I paid for my monthly subscription box but August box never came I received an email stating it was gonna be late still no box and still no response since the email starting they were gonna be late after I had contacted like 5tines. I spent $129 I was expecting two goodie boxes from them . One top shelf and one of them a regular one I have not received anything except for emails telling me that it's on their way and as much as I requested a refund I just get all your packages on the way no tracking number no further information and when I go back to the website it's now shut down. i ordered the subscription box, and paid 90$ for it, i haven’t seen it, nor have i got any notifications about it. I cant get my money back, i dont want my money back, i want the box. I have been ordering 420 goody box for 5+ years, not one issue.... then for the first time this has happened. On 09/24/22 I ordered my top shelf box ($99.89) got confirmation email #2354 then nothing. I tried to go to the website, keeps saying "be back soon." I had ordered two goodie boxes. One on 08/31/22 for $39.86 paid via my debit card & another order on 09/06/22 $38.88 paid via my credit card. I have not received either shipment. Well starting in July they fell behind in deliveries then I never received Septembers box but was charged then again this month October I was charged again after I cancelled my subscription. I have repeatedly tried to get ahold of them through ALOT of emails since there is no other way of contacting them. I just want a refund for the the last two monthsInitial Complaint

So I paid for a top shelf goody box for the month of august and the month of September. They always advertise to ship it out on the 25th of each month which they never do till week into next month. Here it is October 7th and no response from the business after several emails. They say they were gonna send my tracking number and have yet to. They pulled the 87$ out for month of august and month of September. It’s such a shame because I have been a customer for almost 3 years now. Will report if money isn’t refunded or box sent out. I have a monthly subscription and Augusts box never came I emailed them and they emailed me back sending the box Sept 8 I received it on the 14 well my September box's cash was taken out of my bank account on September 18 yet I havnt received it yet nor have I received an email saying it was shipped now both of the website are down and I'm out 30 dollars for September's box I am worried that they will continue to take my money with out me getting the products every month now that the websites are down did they go out of business or something I have added screenshots of the date they sent the August box (Sept 8) the date I had September's boxs money taken from my account (Sept 18) and pictures of BOTH their websites that are currently unavailable when I tried to get ahold of them phone number you have here is out of service also
