Returns are accepted within 30 days, with a receipt. Items must be returned complete and in its original undamaged package. There is no return on motors, gate or garage door operators, phone systems, circuit boards, gate operators, or garage door motor units or special orders (these items are specially ordered and are not returnable). You will be responsible for all shipping charges, plus a 20% restocking fee. If for some reason it is necessary to return a product to us, you will need a return authorization number. For your protection return items with some type of tracking or proof of delivery. Once the return is received a refund will be issued to the same payment method used on the original order.
