If you care about your child's safety and their grades DO NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL! First of all, the school supplies the children with FAULTY and DANGEROUS equipment. The laptop charger that was provided to us literally EXPLODED while being plugged in! It completely severed the cord from the plug and left the plug inside the outlet! Sparks were flying everywhere, and it nearly started a fire! My 6-year-old and I had sparks land on us, and I had to remove the severed plug from the outlet without dying! Needless to say, this has left us both physically harmed and extremely distraught and traumatized! I called tech support and they stated it would be approximately 2 weeks before we would receive another laptop and charger, and then we need to send back the broken laptop and dispose of the dangerous exploding charger. I agreed to do so, and resolved to have my child attend classes via my phone. If that wasn't bad enough, my child's teacher then contacted me and stated I would need to either purchase/borrow a laptop on my own, or take him to a library computer so he could attend classes???? Absolutely outrageous and unacceptable response to a very dangerous situation created by CAVA's FAULTY, EXPLODING HP EQUIPMENT!

I would never recommend this school to any parent. The elementary school’s administrators A**** ******, **** ********, J******* ******* and my child’s 5th grade teacher T***** ******** ignored my grade appeal request. The teacher did not follow the schools grading policy for my childs final semester grades, while also lying about the grades that were given and the schools grade appeal policy. My request and concerns were dismissed and my emails were ignored after months of reaching out for a resolution. Their dereliction of duty is very concerning behavior from a teacher and administrators of the school.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. For clarification purposes, the teacher was on summer break. We encourage you to follow the policy that was provided to you if you believe the grading policy was not followed.
