    Please note his company August Roofing in Simi Valley, has not fulfilled its contract obligations to repair my solar system issue under a 10 warranty. It has only been 1 year since installation. They have not set an appointment or call me with any updates on repair. Stated the warranty call on 9/25/24. Also failed to respond to my emails. Once again please note the above statement.

    To Whom It May Concern:

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I apologize for the delay in our response, as I have been out of the office for my wedding.

    Upon review, our Superintendent determined that the issue was not caused by a malfunction in our system, but rather a larger problem involving the home's electrical panel. Nevertheless, we assisted the homeowner in getting the panel replaced and ensured their system was back up and running.

    I would also like to connect with the BBB Tri-Counties team to review the notification process for this complaint. The first notification I received was on the 2nd notice 10/9/2024, and I want to ensure that our account is properly set up so we can address any future issues promptly, as we care deeply about our customers and their concerns.

    I have not found the first or third notification and just want to ensure they are coming to the correct email.
