Gave one star because there was not an option for 0 stars. Lord knows they don't deserve any. My issue was I ordered and PAID for a pair of shoes online with the option for next day pick up. When I arrived I presented my Order # and the employee (******) went to the back to get my shoes. ****** came back with the box, showed me the box with the size I ordered printed on the box (Sz 11), asked if I wanted to try on the shoes I declined since it was a busy day. ****** bags the shoes and I proceed back to my vehicle. When i get to my car I decide to inspect the shoes fully and as I look into the shoes I see a (Sz 10) sticker in one of the shoes so I inspect the other and both were size 10. I took the shoes back to the store where the workers seemed to be "surprised" at what had taken place and offered to give me the creased shoe off of the display mannequin. After I declined and asked for a refund they processed a refund and issued me a receipt that read the total of the shoe without tax.Business response

In regards to Mr. ********** feedback. A full refund was issued today Monday 9th kindly allow 2-3 days for the funds to be visible at customers account. For PayPal allow instant funds to be sent back to customers account. We apologize that we could not meet customers expectations to their online order pick up. The issue seems as if its a vendor related issue.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.However, it was not a “Vendor issue” the issue occurred at the store level. Nike or whoever supplies the shoes did not put the wrong sizes in the box. However an employee trying to make the sale for commission, at the store level would be able to switch out a smaller size with a size already paid for and keep the same box. Nice try deflecting the blame though. Your employees and managers are complicit with shady business let’s not blame the “vendor”. Accountability is key if you want to fix the issue.
