This business is quite obviously a scam. They charged my card for an order that was never processed. I have been trying tirelessly to get my card credited, and they are non-responsive. No one replies to my email and no phone number that allows me to communicate my issue.Business response

We responded to your initial email within a day of your request and provided you the instructions you would need if you had any further questions about our site policies which cover all of the questions you have including modifying and/or cancelling orders, refunds, and so on. The change you requested could not be made and so the order was cancelled and refunded according to these policies. The refund was submitted when we sent our initial email and you have been credited everything owed as explained in these site policies.Initial Complaint

I outlined the series of events with the company related to their exchange policy. My issue is not with the policy but the fact that after all of this, they are non-responsive & have not issued me a refund as I am left with no merchandise. June 13th: Paid $50.30 for 2 shirts July 6th: Paid $10.01 for an exchange for 1 shirt on the initial order (I accidentally ordered a woman's instead of a men's) July 24th: Paid $10.24 for an exchange for the new shirt because the size did not work out July 24th: Refunded $9.01 for the shipping from the transaction on July 24 July 25th: Notified by the business that they denied my second exchange due to their policy August 15th: The consumer (me) reached them to confirm the above August 29th: Still no response from the business, and still no refund for my initial order of ~$25Business response

Of the 2 original shirts you purchased, 1 was exchanged for another style/size as you have mentioned. You do not get both a refund and exchange - it is one or the other. Since you chose to exchange it, that is what you received and not the $25 refund you stated. Afterwards, you attempted to exchange the exchanged shirt which we do not allow. Because of this, your "exchange for an exchange" order was cancelled and refunded minus our standard restocking fee that apply to cancelled orders. Additionally, you should also have received an email confirming a refund of $2.10 for the 2nd exchanged shirt that you mailed to us before fully understanding our return & refund policy. This is the order total of $10.01 minus the shipping and 20% restocking fee. All shirts that could be exchanged have been exchanged, and all refunds that you were owed have been issued.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
My 2nd exchange was denied & cancelled (due to their policy of no more than 1 exchange) leaving me with no merchandise for the exchanged shirt (I returned via mail to you). Because of the cancelled return, I am left with no merchandise from Chummy Tees and expect to receive a refund in the amount of $25 for the shirt I ended up "returning" because of your policy.
I am not asking to keep my merchandise and also a credit, I have no merchandise in my possession, therefore want the $25 back.

I am rejecting this response because:
We are going in absolute circles here and I do not know how to solve this, providing the data that I already provided for some clarity on your end.
June 13th: Paid $50.30 for 2 shirts

July 26th: Refunded $9.01 for the shipping from the transaction on July 24.You keep stating I cannot have an exchange and a return, I have nothing in my possession from Chummy tees that indicate merchandise for an exchange, if I did I would understand. On July 26th you denied my exchange for new merchandise, I had already sent my t-shirt back for exchange and am left with nothing.
How can you justify not sending me a refund for the shirt I sent back on July 24th? I literally have no merchandise & you are keeping the initial money I paid for the shirt on June 13th!
Please help me understand - I am not asking for a return and an exchange, I have NO merchandise to keep! Please proceed with my credit for the shirt that I sent back on July 24th as no item was sent to me in exchange.Business response

You were refunded twice already which as we've said prior, is all that you are owed. As you have confirmed, the cancelled order was refunded. Additionally, your returned exchange shirt was also refunded for a total of $2.10 which we fully explained in our 1st message. Company took my money and sent a delivery to my father. Post office sent it back same day. Post office informed a shipping issue with the company. I have sent a dozen emails and called 25 times just to get recording. No answer and no resolution. At this point. Im requesting money back.Business response

You originally requested that the shipping address be changed to a new one that you provided. We made the change and mentioned this via email, however the package was returned to us because the **** says it had "no such number". The new address you provided was invalid. I ordered a t-shirt and emailed about an exchange literally the same day. They emailed a week later saying they couldnt do it and DID NOT refund the full amount paid. It didnt even ship! They kept the shipping funds when it didnt even ship!Business response

I purchased a t-shirt from this company, and I was charged for it and shipping. I did not receive any further communication from them confirming purchase or potential delivery dates. I contacted the company directly on their website, but they did not respond. Their ******* and ******** accounts have no posts and do not allow others to post. As the "tracking history" section on the tracking link you were provided shows, your order was shipped out within 48 hours of being placed and any concerns you are having are due to the **** handling of the package. Additionally, it shows that it is scheduled for delivery TODAY. Your order confirmation and shipment confirmation emails were sent to you when the order was placed and shipped out to the email address you ordered with. (********************).

I am rejecting this response only because they never provided me with any tracking link, a receipt or any communications. I contacted them to ask in case my email was wrong, etc, but they did not answer me in a reasonable amount of time.
However, I DID receive the t-shirt, quite unexpectedly. I will be removing my request for a refund, and I guess since they contacted you, they finally contacted me, and I am satisfied. I will consider my complaint resolved.

I ordered a shirt from Chummy Tees. I accidently ordered the wrong shirt. I sent the shirt back following the instructions on the return policy. I ordered the correct shirt. I have tried to call and sent several emails (5) about my refund for the returned shirt. No one will respond or return my emails. I want my refund!Business response

Your order does not qualify for an exchange. Our Return & refund policy clearly states that "Exchanges are offered if you would like the same design on a different size of the product previously ordered.". However, both of your orders are for different designs and therefore do not qualify for an exchange. Additionally, our exchange process does not involve refunds - exchange orders are required to use our exchange coupon code which you did not use.
