hello, i purchased a motor scooter from i guess this company as this is who is contacting me regarding my purchase and supposed to be assisting me. i purchased my scooter a month ago and literally have had issues from the beginning. I immediately contacted the company and still have yet to be helped with any of my issues and they are quite literally ignoring every response and request i have sent to them. This item is not cheap it will be two prices $1600 if paid in 90 days and over $3000 if paid within normal lease term. however, i need something done as i have contacted and contacted this company as they havent even sent me a completed moter scooter! The headlight which is a main function in order for me to operate it has not even been given to me as they sent the wrong one originally! also there are numerous safety hazards via the scooter as they did not correctly put in some bolts that are supposed to have been installed in the factory. i have numerous emails i have sent again to no avail. i believe this company is literally a scam and just getting over on me for my money and again never even sent me the correct full item! i have provided partial pieces of connversations from them if more is needed i can provide as well! this company needs shut down!

I bought a 150cc Scooter (bike) from this company via Amazon's Third party sellers option. My bike arrived damaged on the external packaging and minor cosmetic damage on bike. Prior to riding I had to follow State and federal law and Registered the bike. This according to Maxpro LLC (xprousa) voids my return of the bike under warranty for refund purposes. Once I finally got to legally ride the bike I notice a smell, then smoke which prompted me to pull over and check. Upon checking I noticed oil was leaking from the engine block. This I took photo evidence of (and on other bike problems as well), and tried to contact the company via Amazon's policy. This led to intermittent communication with Maxpro LLC (XPROUSA) and long delays initially. Once my partial evidence of bike damage was submitted to the above company, they maintain that their policy is different from and contradicts Amazon's "A-Z" return policy in that all costs associated with waranty returns, etc., must be at buyer expense. I have had to purchase nuts and a pair of specialty exhaust manifold bolts because of the noise the bike was making. I contacted Amazon and informed them of the fact that the company refuses to pay the return costs per the original Amazon agreement due to the bike being registered. My response from the company suggests that there may be intentional deception at work to subvert a contractual agreement, and further defraud and cheat me as a paid customer, by making me pay out of pocket when the bike is covered under warranty and has shown to be significantly defective.

August 18th of 2022 Amount Paid:Total: $1,253.85 The business committed to provide a quality product, they also mentioned that they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The company provides a 3 month warranty on the purchased vehicles as well. Upon receiving the dirt bikes and completing the basic assembly, I noticed that the bikes weren't operating properly. The bikes were delivered on Aug. 29th and I sent communication about the issue within 24 hours.Yes, the company tried to solve the problem by asking me to send videos of the bikes running so that they could try to diagnose the issue. I took and sent the video to the company. They sent some parts to try to rectify the situation but the parts didn't solve the issue. The weather was breaking in ******** it and started getting cold which prevented me from being able to work on the bikes. (which I shouldn't have to do with a brand new dirt bike) Now that it's Spring, I took the bikes to the shop because I knew that I couldn't do anything else. The shop, (which I can provide the name/number if necessary mentioned that they can't fix the 110cc bike and the 50cc bike they don't have the parts for)I informed MaxPro of the fact that the bikes are still in a non-working state. I received an email stating that the warranty is expired and that I can purchase parts at factory price. The initial issues were never resolved to begin with and as mentioned, when I informed them of the issue, the warranty was still valid. We have 2 dirt bikes that my kids were unable to ride since purchased/delivery. I don't believe that I'm asking for much, my family and I would like what we thought we purchased.1. We're asking for a refund of our money and we can send the bikes back (or)2. That we're provided with the parts necessary to get the bikes running at no cost. (or)3. That we can be sent replacements

date of purchase: 12/12/22 purchase price: $1800 USD product: Go-kart Nature of dispute: after 2 uses on flat grassy land (attached in pictures), the product has split in half and broke in several other places; they refuse to repair or replace the item that is completely unusable. Broken frame in two places, broken muffler mount, chain keeps dismantling and running the engine to high RPM, which could destroy the engine. They offered minimal effort ($200) to weld the frame which they know will not work and will cost more than $200. Many complaints online with the same problem with no resolve. They are stealing peoples money and not fixing their on-going problems.ORDER# ****** THEY OFFER 100% GUARANTEE ON THEIR WEBSITE AND ARE NOT OFFERING ANYTHING THAT WILL REPAIR THIS PROBLEM MANY CONSUMERS ARE EXPERIENCING This item was purchase in the winter season for Christmas. Although there is a 50-day money back warranty, this item couldn't be used until the cold temps broke, which was mid-Feb, past the 50-day warranty. An $1800 motorized item should have more than 50 days.

Bought a 2022 ninja with 150cc motor from this company already put together. Two-three weeks after it's arrival we started having issues with the bike. So far we've had to have them replace the carburetor, which we didn't have to fight much with them to do. However now that the transmission has a leak between the motor itself and the mounting plate, we would have to remove the motor completely to get a picture for them, they aren't wanting to really work with us on fixing it. They were sent two videos of it pouring transmission fluid out the motor, the sound it's making when turned on and multiple pictures. Because of them fighting to not send us the parts needed to fix the bike, it no longer has second or third gear. I've tried multiple times to contact someone higher up in the company only to be told nobody is there that can talk to me or my husband. It seems like now because it's getting closer to the warranty running out on the bike that the company doesn't want to work towards making sure the product they sent us is in good running condition. It's nothing but an argument with the service department and feels like I'd have an easier time pulling teeth.
