      I would not use this company. They made the mistake and would not fix the problem. Just run around and no solution to solving the problem.

      After a month of waiting a damaged head gasket arrived that was not properly packaged to ship. Now they want to offer me a "Partial Refund"!! for an unusable part! Terrible online scammers.

      Absolutely horrible. Sent me the wrong part and would not provide a refund. **************** was awful. One lady screamed at me and called me a liar. One told me that she'd take care of it and get back to me that day...and just did nothing. I insured the part I returned to them and they claim they did not get it and but would not send me an email to state that they didn't get it. SCAMMERS....Terrible. Be warned. I have nothing good to say. This was with ********************************.

      I ordered a part that cost over $200. My car is incapacitated until I receive this the part. The part was to be delivered 1-3 days. I was expecting it on Sunday or Monday at the latest. On Monday I received an email from NissanParts Deal.com.notifying me that the price had changed , increase of $6 and they stated the shipment was not going to be processed until i provided my credit card information again for the increase or notify them what I wanted to do . This was 3 days later. They stated the increase would be posted in 3-5 days. And that they needed the additional funds before processing. So now I have to wait an additional 3 days. I dont consider this an acceptable business practice. I apologize for the typos, I am typing on my phone.

      On 02/25/25 I placed an order for an auto part from Hyundaipartsdeal.com. The specific item advises the item WILL ship in 1-3 business. It DOES NOT specify that it MIGHT ship in 1-3 business days. On 02/28/25 I received an email advising that this company had JUST NOW placed an order for my parts. I was unaware that this was a third party site and they also do not provide delivery time frames other than the 1-3 business days BEFORE you actually place an order. I called 03/03/25 and was advised my order would ship that same day and that I would receive a shipping confirmation the same day. I asked how long (based on the shipping method used by this company) it would take to receive delivery. I was advised this information was not available. I also requested my order be rush shipped due to the **** of the misleading and VAGUE information provided on this item but this was declined. It is now 03/04 and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation. I will be leaving multiple reviews and opening this complaint as I have yet to receive my order. The customer service department for this company has no additional details beyond the vague information provided on the website. The company you order from is a 3rd party. Would no do business with again.

      Auto Parts Prime operates at least 8 websites all as fronts for automobile manufactures parts. They then get your ordered part from a dealership and it is sent to you. Any wrong part received or core to be returned becomes a massive problem that leads to you loosing money. Terrible customer service. DO NOT order from any of their PartsGiant websites. I'm out $431.

      Order: MB16108447 - Feb 11 2025 paid close to $600 for ************* parts, email receipt stated Feb ***** arrival. Inquiries by email Feb 19, .20 and 21 to ******************************* were not responded to despite assurance of 24 hours response time. Now when attempting to contact ******************************* (subsidiary of Auto Parts Prime **** to check on order status, order can no longer be found. No response to demand for refund sent Feb 21. May pursue civil fraud claim with damages.

      This is the WORST online company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The part was sent by ***** (with no packaging and no way to return the old part) and was determined BY ***** to have been falsely signed for and stolen by the ***** driver (it was a catalytic converter worth about $2500 including the core charge). I tried numerous times to explain this to the horrible ************** at APP, but they simply did not care. I got official notification about the fraudulent signature from ***** and they instructed me to contact these morons again, which I did. *** - the manager in the *** department could not have cared any less. I offered to give him the direct phone number of the ***** official who would confirm that the claim would be honored so that I could get my $2500 refund, but he refused to take this information, claiming he would "give them a call and email me his findings." Of course I received an email less than an hour later stating that "We contacted ***** and they stated your package was delivered correctly and the signature was valid. Your case has been closed, we can not proceed with your RMA." ***** also stated to me that there was no record of APP making a claim in their system at all, so I'm not sure how it got denied. Summary: I paid $2483.99 for absolutely nothing while APP was dismissive and now has all of my money. I've contacted my attorney so this will end up costing them MUCH more than if they had taken me ************ advice is stay far away from this grift. Judging from the other terrible reviews I see on this site, I'm obviously not the only one they have run this con on...

      After several orders with them, you've got at best a 50% chance they have or can even get the parts they advertise as available. It'll take them 1 to 2 weeks after ordering to notify and cancel your order, and if they do have it you'll be lucky to get it by their advertised "receive by" dates. Very slow and its pretty evident their "live chat" is a bot.
