date of sale is ******* I bought ******** through my contractor.They were delivered and installed by Asia. The doors of ******** are peeling. Asia said this was because they were out at port too long. They typed up an agreement dated ******* to replace the doors free of charge "after 4 months" when the next shipment came in. I waited 5 months and went in ******* to inquire about this agreement. They said they would honor it and we set a date for the install. When I called to confirm, they said that they gave the doors to the contractor who had done the original kitchen remodel who had just happened to go into their business and they mentioned to him they were installing the new doors for me. I had not talked to the contractor in 6 months and had no agreement with Asia for them to give him the doors. They were to be delivered and installed by Asia as they originally did. They refused to give me doors saying I had to get the ones they gave the contractor. I called the contractor who never responded to me. So now I have peeling doors that are not even a year old. This business had a written agreement with me, the homeowner who paid the contractor to buy the ********. Asia understood this which is why they gave me the written agreement and not the contractor. They need to make good on the agreement. I've included the invoice Asia gave me along with a the receipt for the amount I paid the contractor for the ********. The contractor overcharged me for the ********, never producing the receipt, so I had to go to Asia to get it. That is how I found out the contractor was dishonest.
