    I was rear ended on April 21st 2022 I took my vehicle to diamond touch auto body for the repairs. I dropped my vehicle off May 18, 2022 for the repairs to be completed. I expressed my concern for my exhaust filter that was no longer emptying on its own when previously it did. Also, my trunk hatch was not rising all the way, and would beep and drop slightly back down. He noted my concerns and said he would take care of it. I contacted him on May 24 to see how the repairs were going and when he thinks my vehicle would be ready. He said he was taking it to the dealer next Wednesday and would have an answer for me then. That date was June 1st 2022. While at the dealer, he told them about the exhaust and the hatch issue. The dealer claimed from the impact. There was some certain Knocked Loose that caused the exhaust to clog, and all they needed to do was unclog it. They also said my hatch was fine and it was a setting. That's the reason why it was slightly lower when I opened it. I expressed were they sure it wasn't doing that before he reassured me. Everything was fine. The week went by with no update. I contacted him June 6 to see when my car would be ready. He reassured me that Thursday everything would be complete. I called him on Thursday. He said they were unable to get a part and he didn't know when the car would be ready. I asked him what part it was. He gave me the information. I called the dealer myself and the part was available. When I called him with my concern, he said oh my God I asked for the wrong part so sorry. After all the back-and-forth, I finally picked my car up on June 8. Everything appeared to be OK. That Saturday I was dropping my family off at the airport and we got stranded on the side of the road because the exhaust failed. This was an issue he claimed to have fixed. I had to get my car towed and sent back to him I let him know my cameras were granny and my exhaust still wasn't working properly and experiencing the same issue with the hatch. He said he was going to take care of it Long story short less than three months later, everything failed, and when contacting him, he offered me no help. Claim to meet me at the dealer to speak with them and never did. I've been going back-and-forth with him and the insurance company. And they stated I have to go through Diamond Touch Motors. He is the only one that can get these repairs done. I'm frustrated and sick of the back-and-forth. This is so unprofessional and to this day I cannot drive my car I contacted Land Rovers, corporate and numerous others and I'm frustrated.I've been promised everything and nothing has been done. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I'm self-employed, so my vehicle is important for me to get around and help my clients. This is unprofessional and uncalled for
