    Made Several purchases online. The item went on sale for 50% Off just a few days after my purchase. I sent customer service more than (5) emails requesting a credit or return. No one will return my email.

    On July 3, 2023, I purchased jeans from AG Jeans ** store for $351.96. This was a special order where AG had to source the jeans from another store and tailor them to my size. I received the jeans approximately 3 weeks later, at the end of July 2023.Shortly after receiving and minimal use (two washes), the jeans showed significant wear and tear with a large cut developing at the bottom. I immediately contacted the ** store representative, ******* who acknowledged this was a warranty issue and explicitly promised in writing that I was entitled to "getting a new **** or credit." She directed me to contact AG Jeans customer service ******************************* for resolution.Despite multiple email attempts to AG's customer service and following up with the store representative, AG Jeans has completely ignored all communication attempts. The store representative even provided her work email ******************************************* to help escalate the issue, but the company still failed to respond or provide any resolution.This complaint involves:- Defective merchandise - AG's failure to honor their own warranty commitment - Complete lack of response to multiple customer service attempts - Failure to deliver on their representative's written promise of replacement/credit I have documentation of all communications with the store representative and unanswered emails to customer service. AG ********************** has made no attempt to resolve this issue despite their own employee acknowledging the legitimacy of my claim and promising resolution.

    I purchased a pair of jeans ***************** -14 Years Metaphor) on 8/16. They were washed once according to the instructions- cold water, and dried even lower than the label indicated. The hem of the jeans no longer lies flat- but rather curls up at the edges. None of the online photos show the hem curling up. The frayed edges- yes- which I have no problem with. But the curling hem is a defect. I would like a refund for this defective item.

    I purchased a $200 pair of AG Jeans, style The Graduate as a replacement for the same style I purchased many years ago. I ordered the same design, size and color as before, however the company changed the type of denim they used since the first purchase of the identical jeans, incorporating less cotton and far more stretch material. The stretch material does not hold shape like cotton, and I could immediately tell when I first put them on that although they were the exact same jeans in the same size, these jeans were far too large because they stretch so much. Assuming the same jeans in the same size from the same company would fit, I removed and threw away the tags before I tried them on. I wrote the company asking for an exchange for a smaller size, which they refused because I took off the tags. I went back and forth a while and gave up, and then submitted a truthful review of the jeans on their website, which they never published. I reached out to the same agent who refused to exchange the jeans for a smaller size asking if the review would be published and did not hear back. I would like the company to either publish my review or exchange the pants for ones that fit. Thank you.

    I purchased the ****** skinny ankle jeans in opulent black, size 32 on 10/24/22- order #AG ********* for $148.They were given as a Christmas gift, never worn, washed once- and THE STITCHING IN THE *** IS COMING UNDONE! SEE ATTACHED. I requested a full refund- as I do not believe a pair of $148 jeans should be falling apart after being washed- per directions- one time. ** responded saying that "we cannot accept item back for a refund because item has been washed, the stitching becoming undone was due to improper wash and care." - which is entirely untrue- as stated above.

    On Cyber Sunday , about 11/25/22, I purchased 3 pairs of expensive AG jeans. I requested Sateen material only, and was directed to the specific jeans I ordered, a stretchy denim which I did not want being low vision. The phone DID NOT INDICATE FINAL sale, so that is NOT an excuse. I am stuck with # pairs of jeans I do not want or desired to purchase , due to AG outlets neglegence.. These JEANS were not sateen when received. Tags are on and was not worn Whne I called AG on the 19th/20th/ and 21st respectively, of November, 2022, they had me on hold for over 2 hours and never was able to speak to anyone, as NO one answered the phone there. I have also called the outlets, and can provide ample documentation for everything I am documenting I fully anticipate FULL refund, OR exchange for SATEEN material in same size. I should not have to chase this company down for a reponse. Thankyou, Ms ****

    I have been waiting over 30 days to be issued an authorized credit for a manufacturing defect on a shirt that was not labeled second quality, pictures to prove. I'm told by sales rep. That their computer system cant release the credit due to technical issues. My e mails confirm all that is said. Again no response from them.
