            On Dec 2nd 2023 I bought a car from NexCar *** and issues started to arise after 2 days. There are electrical issues, the computer of the car is malfunctioning, the car started leaking fluids, and the check engine light came on. I immediately took the car back and was told nothing was wrong, they made the check engine light go off but it came back on by the next morning. Over the course of these last 2 months I have continuously went back now 4 times and the vehicle has gotten worse and has now blown a head gasket. Multiple lights are on the dashboard board one is the epc light, another is check engine light and also the light for the tires. I explained to him I have young children and this vehicle is a safety hazard and I do not want to keep it. The manager **** is refusing to give me my down payment of 3000 dollars back and he also will not put me into another vehicle. He has been completely unreasonable and will not try to help accommodate my situation at all even though I have a 90 warranty on my vehicle. This vehicle had underlying issues before I got it and they quickly tried to sell it, I am now without a vehicle and the manager **** just has my car sitting at his lot. I dont know what to do to solve this matter, please help me through this unfortunate situation

            I would give zero stars if I could. He sold me an SUV that the engine blew while I was working. Had to pay to tow the car back to his dealership. He said bad luck. Sold me a newer car. And its a mess. Had to do all kinds of work to it already. 6 months after spending 20k on a 2021 car. Now the dash is going out. Gonna cost 3400 to replace. Called ****, the dealer, about it and he said call a junkyard. **** is a scam artist and I regret ever doing business with him. When his first car he sold me blew an engine I should have walked away. But I trusted him and now Im paying for it. Junk cars and junk salesman. Who takes advantage of people.
