Enter the contract to have repairs done to my car. My car sat there for 3 months while they were working on it. Got it back one week ago and started having issues with it immediately repairs were not done completely additional issues were appearing based on the work that they did. They told me that they have nothing they can do and want me to sell the car as is. The job was to have head gaskets done water pump and cooling system repaired. I got the vehicle back and it would have difficulty starting it was continuously overheating and leaking coolant and now the engine is blown not even 4 days after receiving the vehicle and said complete condition

The customer bought a car from our dealership, signing an "as-is" form which I have on record. After purchasing the car "as-is" he was having overheating issues. We went to great lengths to resolve the issue, replacing parts at our own expense the parts and time with no charge to the customer, all of which we were under no obligation to do. We also provided the customer with a vehicle to use during the said repairs. After replacing several parts it was determined that the head gaskets needed to be replaced. Again we did the work for FREE even though we have ZERO OBLIGATION under the law as the car was bought AS-IS. Again a vehicle was provided for him to use during the duration. When the borrowed vehicle was returned there was several thousand dollars worth of damage to the borrowed vehicle that we have now had to repair ourselves. We have done over $4000 worth of work on the "as-is" purchase and on the FREE rental that was damaged during the use of the client. Again, we are not unreasonable but the client has a history of being rough on cars and we don't believe the blown engine is due to any of the FREE work that we did but simply due to misuse on the clients part. We were trying to work with the client towards an amiable resolution, again which we are not obligated to do, due to the "as-is" form signed by the client, but he has now taken it upon himself to file this claim so we will continue to resolve through this channel.

I scheduled with KC'S automotive to have my work truck towed via AAA to their shop located at ******************************************************************************* on 9/7/23 for repairs. (Tail light replacement, door handle replacement, not shifting into park , not starting.) After several weeks KC'S asked that I excuse the long delay and assured me multiple times over the last several weeks that the repairs were nearly finished and asked me to wait patiently. This morning 10/18/23 I received a voice mail from ****** at KC'S stating that they have done zero repair and to come pick up my work truck because it is cluttering up the parking lot, in actuality KC'S parked my truck in the city street next to their shop this entire time. This has caused a tremendous loss of production in my work and incurred the rental cost of supplemental vehicles as well as preventing the resolution of a fix it ticket I received for my tail lights which is scheduled for court on 10/20/23 I am a family man working hard to provide. KC'S automotive has caused us a massive hardship.
