    Was billed $96 for the annual subscription. My account shows I do NOT have an active subscription. So I cannot cancel the account or the recurring charges, because their system says I don't have an active subscription. They refuse to answer my emails to address the situation.

    "As a one-time courtesy, weve canceled your subscription, effective immediately, and refunded US $96.00 for your most recent renewal. It may take up to 10 days for the refund to reach you, but you'll get a separate email confirmation shortly."

    On March 5, 2025, I subscribed to Midjourneys Standard Plan and paid $30.00 (Invoice #**A0DE43-0001, Receipt #****-0800-0721). Shortly after the payment, Midjourney banned my account permanently without providing any legitimate or detailed explanation (Reference ID: *************************************. They alleged violations of their Terms of Service but refused to show any proof or specifics about the claimed violations. I have consistently adhered to their terms and guidelines, and never engaged in prohibited activities such as automation, scripting, account sharing, or fraudulent payments. Despite multiple communications, Midjourney has refused both reinstatement and a refund, effectively taking my payment without delivering the promised service.

    Dear BBB Dispute Resolution Specialist,
    I am rejecting the response provided by Midjourney, Inc. regarding my complaint.
    Midjourney has unjustly banned my account without providing clear reasoning or proof of any Terms of Service violation. Despite my attempts to seek clarification, they have failed to specify exactly what rule was allegedly broken. Instead, they issued a generic response stating that my account was banned, without transparency or accountability.
    I had purchased the Standard Plan ($30/month), which explicitly states that "Relax GPU Time" (slow generation) is unlimited according to their pricing page. However, despite being a paying customer, they revoked my access and refused to issue a refund. This practice of banning users and withholding their money, especially without clear justification, is unethical and unacceptable.
    I am requesting either:
    A detailed explanation with evidence proving the alleged Terms of Service violation.
    A full refund of my $30, as I was unable to use the service for the period I paid for.
    Midjourneys business practice of banning users and keeping their subscription fees without adequate reasoning is deceptive and unfair. I urge the BBB to take action against this behavior.

    I registered an account yesterday and spent USD 30 to buy a membership on the account. However, my account was blocked the next day.     Dear Midjourney Official Team,I am an ordinary user. I registered a new ********************** account on March 5th and topped up $30 to purchase the membership service, full of anticipation to use the powerful image generation function of your platform for creative work. However, this morning, when I tried to log in and use the software, I found that my account was inexplicably banned, with the reason being the use of third - party software in violation of regulations.During the registration and usage process, I strictly abide by all the regulations of the platform and have never engaged in any behavior that violates the usage terms. I spent $30 on the membership service based on my trust in the Midjourney platform and my need for its functions.     We appreciate your response to our complaint. However, your suggestion to delete the account does not address our primary concerns. Our issue is not just with the account itself but with the ** moderation system that has negatively impacted our work, purchases, and use of  the paid service and creations. The ** moderation has not only disrupted our ability to engage with the platform effectively, but it has also caused irreversible damage to our ability to effectively use the service and continue working on the materials created through the use of the service; this raises serious questions about the fairness and transparency of your moderation policies.

    We request a direct and thorough response regarding the **'s role in moderating content and its impact on creators like us. Additionally, we would like to clarify that a refund is not the driving force behind this request but we would like the moderation on our account to be reviewed, as it is unreasonable that many of the images we have used are being denied retroactively and without reason. We would like to understand what measures, if any, are in place to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

    Subject: Unauthorized Charges by MidJourney for 20 Months Details:I discovered that MidJourney has been charging my credit card for 20 consecutive months without my authorization. I never used their services during this period.
