I signed up with Top Flight Assistance credit repair company on January 28, 2022. I paid $2,000 upfront for services for myself and 1 other person along with a supposed $7,000 line of credit. I never received it, going on 2 years now. No activity was done within the first year, which, that was their promise to the clients. No credit line was ever done for me. My goal was to purchase a home and this company was extremely detrimental to my process. On November 23, 2022 after 11 months of patiently waiting without absolutely nothing being done, I requested for a refund. At this point, contacting anyone became impossible. They never answer, they email back and say someone will reach out they never do. I have been trying to find any other victims who fell into this scam and have initiated a class action lawsuit. In 2021 I signed a contract that promised a substantial repair of my credit and removal of all but one account(student loan).I was told that it *** take some time, but they would be able to have all of my negative issues with my credit rectified except for my student loan. For the first 2 years, contact was sparse but there. There was very little to no promised change to my credit score. They required that I sig over a limited power of attorney so that they could contact these collectors on my behalf. Fast forward to 2024 *** their customer service number remains busy and they refuse to respond to emails in regards to the matter. I have started the process of starting a class action lawsuit through ******** Lawfirm in **********. They are going to start investigating and could use anyone who was scammed by this company to come forward and provide the evidence of their willful negligence. I myself am providing all email correspondence as well as proof of my payments, contracts signed, a link to this BBB complaint page as well as anything else that *** bring these people to justice. On May 15 I attempt to purchase plane tickets for 16 passengers. I talked to ******************* with Flights assist 19W 34thst ************, *****************-299-4299. The price was ********* for 16 passengers and the process took 3 days because of the amount. Now when I paid in full I ask when I would receive payment confirmation email and I was informed in one hour after payment I would get something, I just spent 15k I expected some receipt of payment and I got nothing. So that morning I called chase and canceled the whole transaction. Too many scams going around. ***** did give me my money, but sent it back to the company. Now no tickets where even booked on my behalf I was told from a representative from AA that it was a hold that was released for no payment. AA record locators WUJPXN, RXVKIL. I have been emailing to see how do I get my money back. I receive an email from their collections ************************** collection **********************, Collections-Flightsassist.com claiming I had a balance due to the cancelation and I explained to close this take the **** he offered and send the rest of my money back and he said that's not my **** email *************************************** and still no answer. I feel that I have been scammed out of 15 thousands dollars. I got no plane tickets and they are allowed to keep my money? That's crazy! Please help in getting my money back.Initial Complaint

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the services provided by Top-Flight Credit Report. I have been a paid 1,000.00 since July of 2022 and despite my diligent efforts to resolve this matter, I have not received the services that were promised to me even after a year has passed. On July 10,2022, I entered into an agreement with Top-Flight Credit Report to avail of their credit report services, as outlined in our contractual agreement. As per the terms and conditions, I promptly paid the required fee in full, expecting timely and accurate credit reporting services. Regrettably, I have found the service provided by Top-Flight Credit Report to be entirely unsatisfactory. Despite numerous attempts to contact your company and request the provision of the promised services, there has been a complete lack of response and resolution from your end. I have made numerous phone calls and sent multiple emails, but all my attempts have been met with silence and indifference. As a consumer, I have the right to expect a certain level of professionalism and commitment from a service provider. It is both disheartening and unacceptable that Top-Flight Credit Report has failed to deliver on its promises and has disregarded my attempts to seek clarification and resolution. I trusted your company with sensitive financial information and relied on your services to aid me in making informed financial decisions. However, this trust has been severely compromised due to your lack of adherence to professional standards. Ive been in contact via email with ***** ******* ***** and she has done nothing to help in this matter but continually send me updates of work I paid a lawyer to assist me with. In light of these circumstances, I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I insist on receiving a full refund for the fees I paid, as your company has clearly breached the terms of our agreement by not providing the services promised within a reasonable timeframe. Moreover, I expect a written response from Top-Flight Credit Report within a reasonable time frame, outlining the steps that will be taken to rectify the situation, and confirming the refund of the full amount paid. Please be aware that should no action be taken, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter by filing a suit. This company took my money and did not provide the services they agreed to. Their customer service is a lady in the Philippines. You cannot reach them at the number or address listed to the right of this page. For some time, they continued to advertise their services on their website while they had already shut their doors. I was told by Diane that the company had closed and that the operation in the Philippines was just closing out the remaining clients and helping people get on their DIY service which is total junk. My score was going up until ******* told me that paying my car note would not adversely affect my credit. I paid it and my score dropped 50 pts. Every time I've tried to reach them, I've been given the run-around. I have asked, several times, for a refund. I filed a BBB report and they did not respond.Initial Complaint

I was working with top flight credit repair and I paid 1400.00 for service, and I took care of the problem myself, they never provided a service but they tried to debit my account after they have told me I completed my payments and they will fix my credit. They never done it but the last time I spoken to an agent there is a women who answered and I wanted to know why 99.00 was taken out of my account. she said it is to keep the service going and I told her nope- you told me that if I paid $1400 I have saved $400 and it will take up to two yrs or less to see better results on my credit bureau and they refunded my $99.00 but U have nothing done to fix my credit. Lastly when I tried reaching out to them, I would be on hold fot 45 minutes with music play and them the phone disconnects or when I call, the phone rings busy. I signed up with Top Flight in 2021 I paid all of my money up front and was promised to start seeing results in 6 months, but it's been over 2 years now, with no changes to my credit other than what I myself already enacted prior to joining. I've attempted to contact them multiple times and I always get the same run around answers, they only correspond through text messaging on the client portal, you cannot get a hold of them by phone. There absolutely needs to be a class lawsuit, I dont know how they're continually getting away with this. I want my money back now.Business Response

I had decided to give this business a try as at the time there were numerous errors that needed attention before my (former) spouse and I decided we wanted to purchase a home. We did everything they had asked and paid the amount requested. Several months passed and did not notice any movement and continually asked for updates. They've always responded that to trust the process and that several rounds of disputes were pending. Several months again with no change. It's now been 2 years with still no progress. I've even accessed my reports when they've indicated that disputes were submitted, yet did not see that any items on my report were in a dispute status - which seems to me nothing was ever done. They have since updated their systems and now I cannot access anything. They do not follow up in a timely manner and I feel that they are quick to take your money but not quick to deliver what they promise.Business Response
