Took my car for alignment. Took the car home and it was still doing the same thing. Took it back later the same day . I took it home again and still was doing exact same thing. The second time I took it I saw them doing something to my back tires, which I never had any issues with it. On the freeway I notice it was still doing the exact same thing. I called them back, left them a message and I called them in the morning. To tell them it is the same thing. Not only that the back tires now it looks like they are wearing towards the outside like the front tires. I requested a refund, since they cant do a alignment, I dont trust them. Im afraid they might do something to my car. I asked for a refund but they refused.

I am sorry you are experiencing a problem with your vehicle. When it initially came in we performed a digital inspection and alignment. At that time you  were given before and after pictures of the alignment settings and pictures showing you that you needed rear tires. You brought it back towards the end of the day and we put it back on the alignment rack to check the readings because you said that it pulled to the right. The technician drove the vehicle and said it was fine, then the service advisor drove the vehicle with you on several different roads and you both agreed it was fine. We could not drive it on the freeway because of the rush hour traffic. When you called the next day to say it wasn't fine we asked you to bring it in at your convenience so we could go for a ride to see what had changed from the day before, you refused. We have no problem readjusting your car for you. We have been in business over 50 years and perform about 5 alignments a day. We can align your car and have already. If there is a problem with the alignment we can readjust it for you.Thank you.

I have a **** ***** Camaro that I'm restoring. About ****** miles on new engine and trans. Owned it 32 years. The check engine light has been on, also ran very poorly like it wasn't getting enough gas. Wouldn't pass smog. My friend has an 88 Camaro which he had towed into Performance Specialties. He got it back, it ran perfect. So I drove my car there. They had it about one month. I picked it up (5/6/22) paid $4827.08 put it on my credit card. ***** (mechanic) gave me a bottle of emissions cleaner. Said put this in tank with ******** I have always used ************ ***** told me to bring it back after 2nd tank is half full. If it does not pass smog, it will probably need a new catalytic converter. Another $1200.00. I said OK and drove off. 4 blocks down the road, my check engine light comes on. Trying to drive home on the freeway 17 miles to my house. It's basically running exactly the same as when I brought it in. I followed *****'s directions with the emissions cleaner. Ended up using 3 bottles and 4 tanks of gas thinking things would get better. All the while check engine light stays on. Car is still shutting off at stop lights things have not changed. Gas gauge still does not work even though they repaired it. I disputed the payment of $4827.08 on my credit card. My car is not fixed. Check engine light stays on. "*****" calls me on 7/18/22 and said to bring car back as their work is warranted. I will not go back. I do not trust them. My credit card keeps asking for more documentation even though I have sent 26 pages. I have a feeling they are going to try to make me go back to Performance Specialties. I do not want to claim bankruptcy over this situation. I have perfect credit, but I will NEVER go back there. A mechanic friend put in a different MAF and new EGR a few other parts he said they should have done. Total $125.00. Car ran great! No more check light. 8/5/22 fuel pump went out in middle of busy street. I paid PS ****** for new one. Gas gauge too
