    I took my car in for a smog inspection. The business was paid $1200 by the CAP program and $188 dollars out of my pocket. The smog inspection was never completed and I was told to drive my car a certain amount of miles. The business is stating their machine has been broken down for months but others have had their smogs completed. The company is now stating for me to have my smog done elsewhere but will not refund me for the incomplete smog on my vehicle.Dictated by BBB employee A.S.

    We don't accept his request for a refund because the work we previously did before the change in ownership was completed and the customer said himself that he is no longer having a problem with the knock sensor we worked on, the customer said that he has new code's since those repairs but it's been 5 months since those initial repairs if it was related to those initial repairs we would've been more than happy to do the same work over again free of charge because of our warranty. We also asked him to come into the shop so we could help and try to talk to him because we try to solve the problems with the customers that got caught up in the ownership change because we think that's the right thing to do but he didn't want to and started threatening us with things like he's part of the hell's ******* and that he would have 60 guys down her to protest and that if he came down he would beat up the boss, he also said how he wasn't afraid of the police and that he would fight them and was saying that if we don't solve his problem he's going to rain h*** We're willing to help him make his car pass smog but there's nothing we can do because we can't smog any cars right now and haven't been able to since mid December so we're also not sure what he means when he says others have been completed.
