I can in contact with ***************************** in regards to learning how to place eyelashes on women. She stated that after training she would provide material and a certificate and I could work under her cosmetology license to gain experience lashig, Until I was able to get into a cosmetology school. She required a initial deposit which was paid online through her website and the day of she required for payment. The day that I went to go train on how to do eyelashes she brought her own model and after the model laughed and we brought for lunch the last couple hours of the day she had an emotional breakdown did not continue with training and was on her smart phone access and social media to tell me A current tragedy that was going on involving children that were involved in a criminal shooting in ********** Stockton area in which she knew the parents as a ********* I prayed for her and I asked her if I can continue my training as a paid a total $800.00 She then told me that I could work under her license to gain practice and experience and she would refer clients to me. In the next couple of days she failed to provide my training certificate and then told me that since I did not have a valid cosmetology license that she could not have me working under her because she rented a room for my chiropractor and he was denying her opportunity to have me working under her while I was attending cosmetology school. I wholeheartedly believe that she lied under false pretenses, there is no certificate because she failed to provide one and she should not train people like myself under her cosmetology license because she doesnt have a license to do so she wrongfully morally and ethically took my money and refuses to refund my money. She did not provide the training or service that she advertised. After researching out to her via phone number and several text messages she blocked me on social media and I am unable to come to reconcilable agreement with her. I would like a refund.
