    11-30-22 thru 12-5-22 was granite install in my kitchen The installers did not install the farm style sink or the backsplash correct. We had several problems with install we spoke directly with owner of company,****, he asked us if we told his installer how we wanted the sink installed we said yes his installer did not put the neutral cure caulking on sink ****** before placing granite on top of sink. Also had wood shims underneath apron incorrectly when we spoke with **** he said installer said we told him to do it that way **** refused to resolve the is*** told me if I take him to court he will *** me and take out a lien on my house He has been doing this for 25 years and that is how they install sink I told him the backsplash was over 1/4 away from the wall he laughed said that is my fault I told installer to stop and I expect to much He asked what I wanted I said to give us back our check we wrote, we cannot afford to pay another contractor to fix it.. the only way to fix it is remove the granite and he laughed at me and said NO he is a professional and never had any complaints before and the sink is fine that is how they do it. The sink is loose and has no support! We had the cabinet custom built by a different contractor for that sink.he showed how the sink needed to be installed and so we told the installer at superior! **** said he would send back out installer we said no it is already done wrong. we originally put a down payment in February 2022 for $2490.55. Once we removed old tile we had water damage from previous work so we had to make changes to our original install date, last night we had to pay remaining balance of $2843.55. the installer told us two separate times he had put granite adhesive on the back of sink ****** and sink is not coming out. Today my husband looked at the sink it slides out. **** and the installer lied last night to us. when we called today he said we signed off and that is how we said to do the install, can you please help?

    Good afternoon we have resolved this with her and refunded her with a check with the amount of $2843.59 back on December 15th with her signature on it. She has agreed to not to further escalate this ordeal.
