    September 6th refund for one night did not stay. After brain aneurysm surgery I couldn't get any rest where rent only stayed one night contacted Expedia we found one night didn't stay, they said budget I said I completed my stay.. false statement. Stayed one night left at 5:00 in the morning I could not stay another minute no rest whatsoever none. I have videos that place filthy prostitution you unsafe nightmare contacted **** and health department San ******* of the morning I left being followed accosted by a tall black man in a hoodie. . I booked a room for two nights on *********** and when I got there it was a filthy dirty nightmare I was accosted at every stairwell people sitting on the stairs I could barely get through people sticking their heads out the door yelling what do you want and I'd say excuse me people sitting on the stairs they barely lean in I almost fell a couple of times only made it to my car once and I couldn't even get water because of the back of my hat back and there was a group of men and prostitutes hanging around there for like 5 hours till I could get to my car there was no ice machine no water no nothing the state sheets were stained I mean just white sheets stained and the Ottoman and chair had stains all over it black mold all the way around the sink at the handle and the shower head was black mold the bottom of the tub was peeling stuff peeling off of it just dirty just filthy everywhere you looked and not to mention all the prostitution and like I said even leaving at 5:30 in the morning I'll attach the video if it allow me but because I was a car went down the stairs it was pitch dark there were no lights I'm surprised I even made it down the stairwell and to the right at the bottom I didn't even see him till he startled me his tall black man in the hoodie following me whispering following me told me he was security he wasn't then a girl after I got to talk about banging at my driver window. To office handed in my key no security.

    08/22/24 - 08/28/24 Budget Inn, Fallon, **. $333.54 Safety and security at risk. Manager aggressive and rude. Property inhabitable, smell of urine on entire property, garbage everywhere, town booked up so no other options, office closed most of the time, smoke detectors covered with plastic bags, dirty towels, spider webs, ripped curtains, etc. Numerous photos to document. Left a day early, tried to check out (5:30pm) office was closed. Complaints filed with Budget Inn Corporate and *********** Corporate.

    I am filing a complaint on behalf of the budget inn and suites in *******************. I stayed here with my son and due to the improper locks on the door. Somebody tried to come into my room while me and my baby boy were sleeping this. When I told the front desk about this, they said that they forgot to put my room number and accidentally assigned my room to someone else. Because the doors do not lock properly the person was able to partially open my door and I felt extremely unsafe. here I was not able to obtain a refund because they told me it was a final sale since Ive booked through Expedia last minute.

    I checked in on June 8 2024 through a government funded program with public health they didn't make me sign in when I checked in and then my funded stop after 60 days august 6 but they didn't make me leave till Thursday the 8 with no warning and that violated my rental rights it's my mailing address doctors have it on file they won't give me a receipt

    Booked through booking.com and went to the property. Checked in and went to our room, was charged for $50 deposit and pending $62.60 for the room for one night. Upon checking, the room was dirty and disgusting. Bed bugs, no towel, dirty bedsheets, smelly room and the door lock is not working. Went to the office requesting towels and bedsheets but none was available. We ask if we can change room but none is available, decided to cancel and issue refund. The staff suggested to contact manager the next day for refund. The next day, the manager is not helping and is rude. He said that they have the cheapest room in town and this is what we get for what we paid for. He said they will contact pest control and check with corporate for refund. They lied! They charged me $62.60 for a room that they failed to provide. False advertisement on their website and to other third party websites. Theyre stealing from customers for a service that they cant provide. Professional scammers!

    I booked a room through hotels.com and when I got there the motel asked for id and my card to match with reservation.. they then said they were gonna charge a 50 deposit.. which I okd.. but later found out they took 60 dollars.. its been several days and Ive still not recieved my deposit back.. but they instead charged me for a room on the 30 th of May and I didnt even stay there on that night.. its fraud its not refunding my money and also they are rude and have poor attitudes.. they need investigated cuz theyve probably done more people like this and in the meanwhile Im left in a financial hardship and they offer no sort of compensation for my troubles nor do they return my calls.. and *** called and spoke to front desk asking for a call back 5 times..

    On 3/16/24 I had taken my daughter and her friend to the Budget Host Inn in ********* ***** for her 16th birthday party. When we walked in the room smelt awful but we tried to use body sprays and perfumes to cover the smell. My daughter went into the bathroom and yelled for me, and when I went in there there looked like p*** smeared on the bathtub. I use a piece of toilet paper, and some of it came off, and when I turned to walk out, there was what looked like more p*** smeared on the frame as you walk out of the bathroom. I went to talk to the management in the front office, and he got frustrated and irritated with me and kind of started raising his voice because he wanted me to look at another room. but I was disgusted with having f**** in my room and the nasty smell, because they had false advertisement when I was reserving my room and I was upset because I had already driven that far for my daughters birthday. Their pool wasnt even set up like they had advertised in their picture. It had some kind of hose going through it, I was irritated all I wanted to do was get out of that hotel. He refused to give me my money back. He just wanted me to go look at another room. I didnt want to stay in that nasty hotel that smelt awful that looked dirty.

    The motel is filthy for one, but we're homeless and sleeping in my car at the moment so when we can get enough money to stay warm and sleep in a bed we do. One night we went there and he charged my card ***** but then said it didn't go through. This was December 28, 2023. It is now Janurary 8, ************************************************************************ the room amount. I've contacted his boss and his boss screamed at me and hung up on me. Then blocked me from calling him again. My bank says they can't do anything until they release the hold but I can't speak to anyone to get it resolved. That kind of money is really big to someone who is homeless and sleeping in a car. I need it back.

    I tried to cancel.Manager was rude and unhelpful and literally hung up on me.The charge is still on my card but no service was provided.I never went to the hotel.Most hotels charge a cancelation fee which i was expecting. I never expected them to keep the full amount of 873.60$They refuse to refund me my money.

    We want to be compensated by refunding what we have paid deposit of $50, plus $270 for 1 night of stay on November 4-5, 2023. We request copy or explanation what your departmeant  have done and the outcome of this report.
