    I ordered one pair of compression socks at $17.99 I received 5 pairs of socks:One for $22.90/which should have been $17.99 Four pairs of socks for $39.95 which I did not order!Website stated that you could cancel order if it was within 12 hours.I contacted by Email to cancel within 12 hours They replied my order was already being processed & couldnt cancel !This is same complaint of other *********************** have tried to send email requesting refunds but always requesting some other information!

    I placed an order for ONE pair of compression socks. Instead they charged me $39.70 for knee patches and then tried to charge me $62.85 for 5 pairs of socks. Luckily my bank saw a red light for fraud and didn't let the latter purchase go through but I still had to get a new card and all of that hassle. This company is such a ****. Do not purchase through their website. They take your payment info and invent erroneous orders and charges. I would like to be refunded the $39.70 and also confirm the $62.85 never went through as a charge on their end.Orders: ************* $39.70 ************* $62.85

    On 2/1/25 I ordered 1 pair of socks from Sooth Relieve around 9:30 AM for $17.95 plus shipping, approximately an hour later I received a confirmation email thanking me for my order of 4 pair of socks total $60.91. The confirmation was dated 2/1/25 at [11:0] and it had a visit support page option, I clicked on the option and told them I only ordered 1 pair of socks not 4 pair and to either correct the order or cancel. Their next email dated 2/1/25 at 11:01 (notice time) stating your order is on its way, I called their office and left message of my complaint and left number to call back. On 2/2/25 at 3:01AM they sent an email saying they looked at my request and regret to inform you that we are unable to alter or modify your order and we believe youll be pleased with your order. I am asking for your assistance in this matter and asking for a full refund from Sooth Relieve.

    CUSTOMERS BEWARE Just a friendly message to advise people to be very aware of SOOTH RELIEF SOCKS for Planta Fasciitis. I purchased mine last year and took 1 day short of a month to arrive. When i went to try them on, their sizing is way out. According to their chart i should be a size 7, well i couldn't even get the sock on. I sent them a message stating i wanted to return them and get a larger size. All i got back was a link to purchase with a message stating that they have received my message and click on the link (takes you to purchase items). I went through this process 5 times in total with the 4th message stating the same but please do not send the link to buy. Then i got the spool that its been over the 30 days (POLICY) and now their is nothing they can do.

    I attempted to cancel this order from Soothe Relieve 2 to 3 times not more than 30 minutes after I had placed it and well before I got the email that the order had shipped. I should have been able to cancel it easily then. I originally only ordered 2 pairs but when the order went through it placed the order for 4 additional pairs with no efficient way to change my order. From reading reports online from people who had ordered from this site had the same issue I had. This is completely unacceptable and very shady to say the least. I asked how can I return the extra 4 pairs that their site added to my order? I never got any response that showed me how to return the extra pairs or cancel my order. I requested order cancellation at least 5 times with no response except for a couple of emails that said that they received my request and then directed me to fill out the online form again which I have done a number of times. Two of the numbers associated with these requests are ******* and *******. These numbers were at the top of the emails that they replied to me. My original order was to be for 2 pairs at $15.95. My ****** Account was charged $25.95 for the original 2 pairs plus $60.91 for 4 additional pairs which I did not order. My total bill was $86.86. There is no logical or understandable way to cancel this order online through their site.*** *****

    Placed an order on December 3, 2204 and received an order confirmation number and my credit card was charged. Then received an email that my order was shipped and given a tracking number. The tracking number shows a label being created and nothing further since December 3. I tried to contact the company by email several times beginning December 6, 2024. No response. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company and asking the BBB to investigate this company. I now believe this is not a legitimate business.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I don't believe that they will refund the money to me. They say they will and that it will take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to happen. We'll see. They also said I can keep the merchandise they sent. I've haven't received any merchandise and don't believe I ever will receive any merchandise from this entity.

    I saw their ad on TikTok. It took a lot of scrolling to get point of ordering I only wanted 1 pair to try out. I had issues with the website and ended up ordering 8 pairs. I tried cancel it within 5 minutes but it said order already process. I contacted ****** and Sooth Relieve. I didn't get anywhere. I received the socks. They did not fit. I tried to return them but the company said it was beyond their control. ******** customer service.

    I orderred 1 pair of compression socks from Soothe relieve for $17 and agreed to add another pair for $15. instead I was charged for 4 pairs plus an extra discounted pair.     1.The charges by the Team SootheRelieve Company went through even through the number of odered items were incorrect and time of order cancellation permitted on the website was less than 6 hours from the time of placement the order.

    Dear BBB Staff,

     

    Here are attachment to prove the charges that were made in this transaction by Comify appearing on the bank and ****** account instead of *************************** that placed an order for 4 pairs socks instead of 1 pair chosen by me, as well as refused to cancel the transaction as soon as it appeared on my screen, even though my cancellation request was submitted 3! times within the first 6 hours of ordering (soothrelieve advertises there's an opportunity to cancel on their website), and when I asked PalPal to reverse the transaction it appeared my account number was placed on automatic payment that I have never authorized. Please request a complete refund from this COMIFY/ SoothRelieve company.
