  I kept having issues with the sensors, or so I thought. After several months of troubleshooting, service calls, and replaced sensors, it was discovered that the problem was the panel. *** uses panels made by two different Internet providers, and installers carry both. By pure chance, the one installed was made by the provider whose service didnt work well in my area. *****, my awesome service tech, installed the other one, triple-checked all the sensor connections, and programmed the panel to make sure everything was online and functioning properly. It all made sense after he explained it to ***** suggestion to the company would be to only use panels that work everywhere, or to ask customers if theyve ever had problems with any past internet service providers.Thank you, *****, you saved my system and my sanity!****, Atwater CA.

  This company was totally out of line to sell my 91 year old mother a system. She was mislead to believe that her ADT system was bought by ********* and that her system was not efficient. She has no financial controll over her major decisions such as this and yet the sales person arrives at 5:00pm and convinces her that she will save money. At first glance that may have been true, but when you do the math... this system would be paid off in 9 years making her 100 years old. Totally NOT OK!! Not only that but they did a credit check push on her SS number and because of past fraud it was frozen. They sent her 4 emails to unfreeze the credit, of which she doesn't know how to do because I had it frozen to protect her. And yet, they still proceded to sell her the system. Technichians arrived at 7:00pm and left at 10:30pm. She was alone and feeling unable to stop the process. Yes, I realize she could have said no, but why didn't the sellsman ask if she makes the decisions? She would have said no, my daughter does and then we would proceed with someone of sound ability to make this big decision. As it was I contacted *** and was offered a way better deal and then called to cancell and have this ASG system removed, which is to happen in a couple days. I was so upset that this company thought having men in the 91 year old house alone at night was appropriate. It is NOT!!

  My sister and I just had the home system put in a little over a month ago. The smoke detector malfunctioned the very next day and had to be replaced then a week later the camera in the backyard is off and on because the solar system is not getting enough sun for a recharge. My sister had to make several calls and finally got an appointment but so far no one has showed up nor have they called.
