    Purchase Jan *******, black 2013 ***** Tahoe. 1GBSKE07DR246771 from Cunningham motor group inc from **** for the purchase price of ****** I was told I would receive the title in the mail with in 3 months of purchase its been over a year and a half and he is now telling me he owes money on this 2013 ***** Tahoe and 3 others and he can not forward me my title until he pays off his loans. Due to the accident on aug *******. My vehicle was deemed a total loss by insurance how ever they can not give me my insurance check due to ****** not in my name beacuse of Cunningham motors groups failed to put vehicle in my name.

    Hello. 

    In regards to the complaint, I have no rebuttal. I sincerely regret that my financial difficulties caused grief for the complainant, I empathize fully. Thus I have agreed to refund to him the $13,500 for his purchase plus an additional $500, making the total returned $14,000.00
